  1. When processing invoices in FileSmart each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in (e.g. invoice number, amount,..). I believe this only changed with the upgrade of FS as it used to highlight all information when tapping into the next field and you could easily type it over.
    Could we please change this again?

  2. This morning I went to send the look at my strata demo link to a prospective new client. Now I accept that I have not used this demo for some time but nevertheless I was surprised to find that it is no longer functioning.

    A call to the friendly Rockend support team confirmed the status.

    It would be great to have a demo made available again.

  3. When a strata plan changes insurer and you need to add a new insurance policy, the previous policy cannot be made inactive if there are any outstanding claims on the previous policy. This strata plan will then show up in Reminders as not insured or not updated because the old policy can't be removed despite having the new policy added to it. It would be great if a policy can be made inactive even with outstanding claims OR if it doesn't show up in Reminders once it has the new policy added to it so it overrides the old policy.

  4. When sending a bulk SMS in the communications wizard, I would like to be able to send an SMS to owner occupants (as they don't show up in the tenants section).

    This would be especially helpful in the event of a natural disaster such as a cyclone, in which we would like to advise occupants to remove or tie down personal items on their balconies etc.

    At the moment, in the event of a mass email, it is very time consuming to untick all those owners who do not occupy their unit.

  5. Now that passwords are not accessible by Agency staff, could we have an administrator log in that allows agencies to test connections, documents etc. This way agencies do not have to ask owners for their login details or set up a dummy plan.

When a levy posting has to be corrected, with whole levy year cancelled and new corrected instalment amounts/ dates reinput, all the cancelled instalments will show on the Owner Ledger and Current Owner Account. This can make these documents hard to read when trying to determine status of levy instalments and prove (show) instalments due and paid for a lot owner's benefit ie it makes reports messy when providing status in print to a lot owner. The option to not display cancelled levy instalments on printed Ledger/Owner account would help make the display clearer to read. Alternatively, if cancelled instalments…

Could a feature please be added to allow a 'check box' of sorts, so that we can record owners who do not wish to receive 'marketing' communications from our agency - such as newsletters and new marketing opportunities from other departments within our organisation (sales, rentals etc). At present, I have to export the lot owners contact details to Excel, manually delete the known clients, and then issue a bulk email. We have a large client base and this process takes multiple hours, but also leaves us open to mistakes from 'human error' where we may accidently forget to remove…

  9. It would be helpful to have expiry date and % rate of the term deposit on Investment report from Form report.
    Or add the current balance to Quick reports > Corporations > Show bank accounts

  11. Could the update to insurance policy on the Corp screen be linked to the payment of a policy. This should include the payment date and amount paid. These two fields should then not be able to be edited, except by users with appropriate access.

    We have had an issue with a policy being updated incorrectly which meant the date & amount paid was wrong.

  12. The ability for an invoice to be produced with the monthly management fees of any time activity charged in the diary with a detailed description so clients know what "Additional Services" are being charged instead of just having a line item on the Agency Tax Invoices.

  15. Please look at illuminating the work history tab in workflow when there is a comment to look at. Quite often the doc appears in workflow and it gets workflowed because there is nothing to indicate that there is a comment in work history to look at

  17. It would be beneficial to have another date input in the 'enter other options and details' that allows you to backdate or forward date the due date that is reflected on the debt recovery notice, not related to the 'calculate interest to' date.

  18. With there being no option to delete a Diary entry, how to we deal with errors/ mistakes? It would be beneficial to at least have an option to move a diary entry to a different OC, should a mistake occur.

  19. Currently, a merged entry comes through to the Portal as a Quote/ Work Order under the same header (Subject) thereby creating a subpar user experience.

    Since deleting Diary entries is not an available option, there should be more flexibility in trying to clean up existing entries.
