owner portal testing by administrator
Now that passwords are not accessible by Agency staff, could we have an administrator log in that allows agencies to test connections, documents etc. This way agencies do not have to ask owners for their login details or set up a dummy plan.

It is difficult to assist owners when you can not see what they are seeing on the portal via their eyes. Prior to the hidden passwords being introduced I was able to test log ins, resend passwords and know if there was a fault etc associated to that particular plan or if it was across the company or possibly with MRI website.
Also people often don't use the temporary password within the 7 days and so the cycle continues. When I questioned the change in being able to view passwords I was told it was due to privacy issues; but seriously all information on the portal I have at my disposal via the software and in setting up a dummy email I can access anyway.
BTW I have recently had owners stating their request to reset passwords via the website doesn't work and they need contact us to do it via Strata master.
In the end... not a fan at all of the current set up.
