Debt Recovery for specific levies
Currently the process of excluding an owner from debt recovery to allow for a payment plan on a special levy results in that owner not receiving reminders for any stage on their regular quarterly levies.
To alleviate this issue I suggest that we be able to exclude a specific levy from debt recovery if a payment plan has been arranged and this will allow all other levies be subjected to the normal debt recovery process29 votes -

Alerts on the corp and owner screen that pop up when you open that Owner/Corp the same as the REST program.(eg. deaf owner only text)

Owner log in details Merge Fields
With the update to how log in details for the Owners Portal are issued without a password and offering a temporary password there also needs to be an update to the merge fields in Strata Master so that they can be used in mail merge. We for example send out welcome packs which have user and login details for the new owners. The merge fields "WebAccessUsername" "WebAccessClientCode" & "TempPassword" do not exist in the available mail merge items.

Multiple Expense Account Codes in Workflow for One Invoice
It would be helpful to be able to choose multiple expense account codes for one invoice when "Multiple Dissections" is selected. The application in Strata Master for entering multiple dissections is great but for our company, the strata managers fill out the info in workflow and the trust accountant inputs the invoices into Strata Master. Our opinion is that there are not enough options for inputting the multiple dissection information into File Smart.

Bypass invoice number option
The option through the creditor invoice screen to bypass entering an invoice number for the creditor.
If the option is selected, the invoice number field in the creditor invoice screen to not be available.Helpful for most bills paid via BPAY

Defer Levy - COVID-19
Due to Covid 19 we have a number of owners and committees wanting to defer the OC levies. Most of our OC have enough surplus funds to get by for 6-12 months however, there is no way to currently do this in Strata. You can not change a due date for a levy from the OC level or individual owner level. If this is something that could be updated before your next meeting in September due to the current circumstances it would be a huge help. Deferring interest doesn't help as the OC's/Lots will still receive the debt recovery notices.…

Strata committee on quick reports
In Quick reports > Lots > show current owners, the configure columns option, could we have a column for showing whether the lot is represented on the strata committee?

parent/sub accounts
Where parent/sub accounts have been setup, and you are producing the income & expenditure report ticked to include sub accounts, could the income & expenditure report also include the parent account heading for all accounts connected to that parent account.

reminder filter by action
It would be great to be able to have staff have the ability to filter reminders by their name i.e. who is to action the work. Currently the reminders only bring through the manager and that manager might have 3 or 4 assistants that action work

Electronic Signatures
As we require the chairman to sign the minutes of the meetings, there is currently no option to electronically sign.
It would be great for Stratamaster to implement an electronic signature option

Bulk Email Wizard - Increase message BCC recipient numbers
When using Bulk Email Wizard the BCC recipients is limited to 50 email addresses. For large lots this results in multiple emails being generated. Please look at increasing the limit, outlook currently supports up to 500 recipients per message.
Alternatively the message text, signature and attachments could be entered within the wizard to enable the emails to be generated with the required information and ready to send.

Portal login - email address / web access number
It would be useful if owners could log in using their email address instead of their web access number if they wanted to. We have had owners contact us requesting this functionality.

Portal ap can't be used
There are a number of options that would work for the client:
1. The web access number can be changed
2. The web access number is only required to be entered the first time, but it doesn’t ask for this for every subsequent time (only for the password as per many banking institutions)
3. The web access number is the nominated e-mail addressIf the web access number is required to be entered every time, and it isn’t the clients e-mail address, and it can’t be changed, this is completely unworkable for the client, and won’t work as an ap…

Online Portal - Configuration
The ability to be able to configure the headings for the online portal, and control the descriptions of the documents available. We have a lot of owners contact us regularly requiring assistance to navigate through the portal to find documents as the pre configured tabs are quite vague. We would like the ability to re name headings and configure the way the documents are presented.

Status Certificate - BPAY Reference Number
To have the merge field for BPAY Reference Number for NAB bank accounts. At the moment, the available merge field is DEFT Reference Number which is only applicable for Macquarie Bank.

Data Field - edits
Overwriting type font in fields:
When adding new information (for example, updating an owner’s address) each field requires you to delete the existing information then type it in. Can it be set up so that once the curser is tabbed into the field it highlights all information and then can be easily typed over?
