Create one PDF file with multiple levy/statements within
The ability to create one PDF file rather than individual files when selecting multiple lot owners from a building card to send levies to.

Choose between different email addresses in SM
It would be great if we could choose between email addresses that can be used in SM. ie to send levies , an email addy that starts with levies @ . To send notices or correspondence an email that starts with info @ it allows admin dept to better manage the email boxes and separate account enquires from general enquiries .

Interim reports on the portal
When running interim reports, select save to file option there is no pop up box to select who can view the report on the owner portal. Currently if the reports are to be available on the portal each one has to be selected in FileSmart and select the viewable options.

Strata Master: Amend Late Payment note on Macq Bank levy template.
Can you please amend the Late Payment noteon the Macquarie Bank levy template?
It currently reads:
"Late Payment: If payment is not made by the due date, interest may be charged at an annual rate of 10%.This message is inaccurate as per Section 85 (2) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 which reads:
(2) Interest is not payable if the contribution is paid not later than one month after it becomes due and payable.

Mail Merge Field for Owners Corporation Address when using Committee Data
There is currently no merge field for an Owners Corporation Address when using the committee member data source on the mail merge function. This only appears when you select Owner/Lots data source, so when you are sending a mail out to committee members, you cannot merge in the property address, only the strata plan number.

Section 184 - Building Products (Safety) Act 2017
That there is a section in the strata master Corp. Screen to add information regarding Building Products Safety for a building that will then populate into Part 11a. of the Section 184 Certficate for issues such as combustible cladding on buildings.

The ability to see available cash in admin and sinking fund in File Smart creditor invoice screen before approving/processing the invoice.

Make all GL codes available for payments
Please make all GL codes available when making payments. Not all payments are an expense. There are lots of reasons you need to code a payment to the Balance Sheet for instance (e.g. repayment of a loan, settlement of a sundry debtors). Currently these need to be done by journal which is time consuming and means they are not recorded as a payment.

Length of Time for Reminders
Currently the reminders are only showing anything dated up to 4 months ago, we would like to be able to customise the time frame as we often have open work orders/quote requests or some other diary items that date longer than 4 months.

Adding a unique QR Code
We would like to add our own QR code to our levy notices to allow our overseas owners to pay directly, in particular owners in China. The current code is of no relevance to us here in New Zealand.

Add Developer & Builder contact file card in Structure
Currently there is only a file card for Main Owner Contact. There is a space to write the developer & builders details but only a small amount of text. Developer & Builder should have a file card so details can easily be accessible.

An OC with multiple OC's that is setup as one Corp should have the ability to save multiple committees and email them individually. This should allow you to bulk email each OC separately, eg email all members of OC1 only, OC2 only etc.

Add email option the Levy Journal screen
In levy journal when you want to re send an invoice - after you have changed something on the lot account (whether its the address etc) the only option you have is to print, can I request to add email the invoice instead of printing it and then getting the updated invoice from FileSmart and emailing it from there.

Option to re-arrange columns in List Tool
When using Search and looking through files, it will be useful for users to be able to alter the orders of the columns (in List Tool) and to have it permanently fixed to it's chosen position, without having it being reverted back to its original place when editing.
For example: I check invoices and amounts daily and would like to be able to re-arrange the columns, so I can see them without having to scroll from side to side to be able to look at them. I understand we can move them temporarily, unfortunately, as soon as we edit the…

Date of last GM
I have noticed when drafting a notice of AGM that it picks up the last AGM and not the last general meeting noted in EGM.
Then when completing the minutes these fields are not auto updated
