levy notations / messages
All banks in NZ have direct Debit facilities. We want to notify clients using Direct debit, when their levy is issued, that their account will be debited.
Without confusing the other owners with levy messages that do not concern them.Can we have a message option on levies for individual owners? Or a tick box in levies for a message to owners who use direct debit which links to a tick box on their card.

Regional Settings
Can regional settings for reporting be set based on the registered location of StrataMaster/Portal for that particular business. As some of our users are seeing American date formats on reports despite their devices being set to Australian regional settings.

Update My Details
The way documents are distributed is important, but the ability to update the distribution details is not easily available. Consider moving the UPDATE MY DETAILS button to the top left hand side of this page (under the address and picture), so that it's more apparent that this button applies when wanting to change anything shown on this page.

Bank Details
Consider hiding the bank detals for Owner logins and redesign the bank details frame so it doesn't require left/right scrolling. There is plenty of room to do this by reducing the width of the Maintenance frame to the right of the bank details frame.

'UPDATE MY DETAILS' to return a confirmation when clicked
When 'UPDATE MY DETAILS' is used a feedback confirmation should appear to let the lot owner know that the process is complete.

Location Icon in portal obscures longer addresses, maybe have the text box expand to the right and not over the icon.

Change Chairman to Chairperson (non-gender specific title)
Change the title of Chairman to Chairperson, so that it is a non-gender specific title that doesn't offend.

Reserving Funds under different categories
We were wondering if there can be different categories to put funds on hold. There are a few things that may require larger than normal funds eg: insurance, major building works etc. If you have a Special Levy in place, you can use the reserved funds to put those funds aside but if you start adding other items it may be a little confusing for some people. Just a thought, thank you

Take management fee part way through a month
We should be able to take a single schemes management fees part way through the month. this would be helpful when terminating services for a single scheme and would like to take the additional charges in the "charge quantity management fees" as well as any search or status certificate fees.

Online Invoice
It would be beneficial if the approvers could view the instructions form the other approvers (assuming they have been submitted). We have our building managers as an 'approver' and it would be beneficial and more sensible if the treasurer (or any other approver) could see the instructions submitted by the Building Manager. If the BM has not approved the invoice, they make comments as to why and this is useful information for the treasurer. They would then submit a NO to pay and be aware of why it was not approved.

Improve Letterhead Image Quality
Currently when you upload a new letterhead into Strata Master to utilise on documents such as levy notices, when the letterhead image is converted into the PDF document by Strata Master the image quality degrades significantly. This should be resolved to ensure company logos and letterheads display correctly without any loss of quality.

Record assistant / co-ordinator against buildings
Ability to assign/add a assistant or co-ordinator to each building, in addition to the strata manager. Would be great if this could then be an option to be shown on the owner portals with contact details and photo :)

Waive Interest
When waiving interest for a whole strata plan, Is there a way to select all lots by one button/one step? as currently we are waiving interest per lot individually, which take a lot of time especially with a larger Strata with more than 100 lots.

SMTP Setup Options
Add option to include a cc email address to the SMTP Server setup options in Agency Configuration/Tab 2.
This will allow users that use third party emailing services to retain a copy of the emails that are sent out for future reference if required.1 vote -
Bill Payment Receipting
We would like for Bill Payments to be automatically receipted when an Owner includes the reference number in his payment. Currently only Automatic Payments are automatically receipted and Bill Payments need to be manually receipted.

Debt Recovery Fees automatically being charged to the Body Corporate
We would like to know if there is a way for Strata to not automatically create a creditor invoice to the Body Corporate if a Lot has been sent a stage 1,2 or 3 letter? We prefer to create a MYOB invoice and workflow it through File Smart. With the new invoice approval system, we need to change all the BC's from hold to pay which will cause the Cr Invoice for debt recovery to be included in the next batch run and we will not have the opportunity to change the details. it just makes the detailed expenses messy,…

Group Reporting: Levies due report
Levies Due Report does not show financial groups. Only shows the main group OC1. If corp has multiple groups ie OC1, OC2, OC3 etc, the additional groups will not appear.

Allow Multiple Account Numbers for the same Creditor
Some creditors, such as Commander (a common telco provider) have different account details for each telephone account, resulting in the requirement for a separate creditor for each strata plan. Can you look at updating Strata Master to allow EFT setup for multiple account numbers for the same creditor, similar to BPAY, whereby different CRN’s are setup for each separate account for the same Biller Code?
