  1. Can reports please have the Headings repeated on subsequent pages – example:

    Owner Ledger – Levies: Levy No, Due Date, Details etc only shows on page 1.

    Same with Owner Ledger – Receipts:
    Date, Receipt No, Paid, Interest, etc only shows on page 1. Would be much more user friendly if these headings repeated on each subsequent page.

  2. The ability to untick a report on the global settings (Access to particular reports) but can still show that report for Strata Plans (Reports by plan).
    Currently, if a report is untick on the global settings, it cannot be configured for a particular Strata Plan.

  3. Currently when an Owner goes Stage 3 in debt collection process we are required to enter a reminder in another diary/calender to remind the 28 days has elapsed and matter can be referred onto the Debt collection agency. It would be good if when we do our monthly debt collection it included a reminder that an Owner received Stage 3 last month and can be refered on. Saves managers having to place reminders in external programs to remind and possible miss.

  4. Currently, when an owner receives a credit against their levies; which might be for common gardening; if their levy for Admin is $200 and Sinking is $50 and the total is credited from <Maint Grounds--Grounds Maintenance-Admin> is $250 only $200 is being credited toward the Admin levy because is doesn't allow the payment to break over to the sinking fund. This leaves the sinking fund outstanding and crediting a portion of the Admin levy which isnt due for at least another 3 months

    At the moment, to get around this, we are issuing a quick pay to the owner, using…

  5. AUTO-PRESENT BPAY PAYMENTS (CBA)
    Currently we are having to manually present BPAY payments the day after transferred. Can become annoying after submitting the BAS payments each quarter

  7. With the number of plans having defect work, OC and committees are having meetings held under privilege but the developers are still owing in the complex. Currently we need to remove the plans ability to see meetings at all from their web login in case the developer see them. We also cannot allocate to the committee to view on the portal as they all appear in the list of meetings on the logins.
    If we create the meeting through the meeting wizard, it shows on their web logins.

  8. Currently there is only space for 15 x characters for an invoice number. Can this be increased as we receive some invoices that have over 15 characters in their invoice number.

  10. Charge individual owners directly for the posting of a levy notice/statement. At the moment it adds up the cost of all posted levies and does not charge back to the specific owners who you are posting to. Should include the wording on the levy notice that they can be emailed for no charge.

  11. I don't know how everyone else does it in Victoria, but as far as I'm concerned, I do not have one OC Certificate that fits all buildings. We need to be able to bring in a OC Cert template relevant to a particular building. Otherwise, OC Certificates are useless to me.

    It should also be able to bring in figures relevant to a number of common properties - i.e. break them down. So the law in Victoria states that each OC must be treated as a separate entity. Say the building is a part of 4 OC's within the one…

  14. For the 12 Month Statement of Revenue & Expenses report to display the revenue/expense into each correct Month accordingly and not be determined by the financial year end 'month' number of days of the Building.

  16. When doing a search in Strata mobile, the additional addresses typed into the Structure tab are not searched. We have added all the possible street addresses into the structures tab, including the building name, which makes it much easier to search for a building, especially if you have to deal with tenants that know the name of the building but not necessarily the address as listed in the address field of the main window of Strata Master.

  17. Include additional permission options in the corporation screen to restrict admin staff from making sensitive changes to the various fields in the corporation screen while still giving them permission to make changes to the notes tab.
