Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

Arrears amount & days would be great!! Are they removing any columns aside from the balance?

Yes - we highly vote for this!! I do feel that the MRI Property Tree ledgers have ALOT of unnecessary coloumns and it could be simplified, but this is a column that would make them easier to read.

At the moment it's only for the days after, once the rent is overdue, but it would be ideal to have one for before the due date as well. For example; "Rent Due Tomorrow" with the description inside as "Friendly Reminder, your rent is due tomorrow, please make sure payment is made to avoid arrears on your ledger!"

Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

I was just coming in to also add this in as an idea! It would be helpful when doing meetings with the PM's rather than looking through each individual work order request
