We're pleased to advise that the ability to have a text style email signature saved for email use is currently in development. This will be alongside the existing user and company banner options. We'll let you know once this is released.

An error occurred while saving the comment 100% AGREE! I am a LIC and have had to remove all Automatic Fees and make them manual because PT does not have the ability that you have stated above.
It is a concern when your trust account software does not support you to meet legislative requirements so you have to come up with a work around which is not efficient and leaves room for human error.

100% we need a better mobile app for agents! If you are on the road and have some downtime between inspections or want to check inbox communications you cannot do this unless you login on your mobile via the webpage and it is not user friendly.
