Option to add employees onsite days and times and send Reminder to staff who forgot to sign in or sign out
If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

How are you . Just wanted to touch base and see if there is any progress on the above idea. As advised I tried creating a trigger and explored Instant Message as well but wasn't able to use them for the purpose I intended it for .
To add further to my idea, we have a staff strength of more than 200 and it is a mix of part timers , casual, full timers . Even in part time there are staff members who have different days and time that they are onsite . If we are able to enter their roster in the system , in case of an emergency it would be easier to get a list from the system of all the staff who should be onsite .
Another addition to this would be to be able to send them automated alerts/ reminders on the day they should be onsite but have not signed in or if they have signed in but haven't signed out before leaving for the day .Right now OnEVAC list alone is not sufficient ; one staff member needs to have all the staff roster details and match it against the names that are showing onsite in On Evac and are physically in front of him/her and then check if the missing people should be there onsite or not ; whether it is a matter of that they didn't sign in but are physically here somewhere on the site or if it is their not onsite day and/or time.
You can imagine how critical it becomes in case of emergency to be able to have the correct number of people onsite and that they are all accounted for .

Whilst we do have employees and contractors, who occasionally forget to logout. Our big issue is employees who do not Sign IN
Would be great is there is an option to put their on-site days and times, and use a Trigger to send a reminder via email, or sms, to all employees onsite (say set it for 8am) that have not Signed In

Thankyou Nancy. I'd like to gather more info on your idea. So I will set the status to 'Assessing' where people can still comment and Vote but in the meantime we will review our 'Triggers' to ascertain if an automated notification can be created for those employees 'scheduled' to be onsite but have not signed in yet.
You can set a Trigger to send a reminder via email, or sms, to all employees still onsite (say set it for 8pm) who forgot to sign out - to sign out. Of course they can only sign out from an offsite location if they have OnLocation Mobile or can login to the desktop web app from their offsite location.
You can use 'Instant Message' - an option within the 'Important Notices' feature to send out a message reminding those onsite to sign out if they are really offsite. The 'audience' options for the instant message can be 'All Employees', or Only Employees Onsite' or Only Employees Offsite'
