Contractor Documentation
We use “insurance” under Service Providers to store not only the insurances the providers should have contracted in order to work with us, but also to register other legal documents required by law when doing business with us. This information are company (not individual) certifications. Some examples: A legal certification of a company to do high rise window cleaning or a lega certification of a heat generators maintenance company to perform works on this kind of equipment, etc. My suggestion, is to extend/modify the concept of Insurance not only to insurances policy but also to other “company qualifications”, or more precisely, company certifications… This is very important on the service provider portal, because some providers are confused on why they should enter company certificates information under the insurance area.

We get asked a lot for this documentation storage functionality from customers globally. My most recent was a BOC location in QLD. Maybe Contracts can be rebuilt to include anything you want to add where you can create your own library and Contracts is just one of the options, the ability to add the fields you need would also be helpful so you could create the fields you need for each document

Perhaps the "Contract's" Section name could be editable - so the User Organisation can rename it to what is appropriate to their situation - then those certifications etc could be added there, and triggers set up for those.

Thank you Martín. We are examining another request for Contractor Self-OnBoarding as well that came into us via UserVoice. Your idea, along with Contractor Self-OnBoarding, lends itself to a more indept review of how we can improve the contractor management functionality.
This is a large area of the app so I will call for votes and feedback but in the meatime I will flag this as a request at our next UserVoice internal review meeting scheduled for next week. -

Similar to a previous idea but slightly different details, there so many different types of documents you may need to get from a contractor e.g. policies, certifications, training verifications, JSAs, risk assessments. A whole section is required for uploading multiple documents quickly and easily with a click and drag.
