  1. This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

  2. Onpass customization
    We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.

    Thank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

  3. To improve sign in speed / optimisation, it would be really helpful to have a keyboard button for ".com", when entering in the visitors email address.

  4. NEW PLACEHOLDER FOR TRIGGERS (EVENT_DATE)

    The main problem is that there is NO placeholder for DATE e.g. meaning the Data of visit / when the visitor is coming.

    Summary:
    Customer would like to have email when pre-registration is done
    Email should include, name, organization, email address, phone number and TIME and DATE of the EVENT/VISIT.

    Please add a new placeholder to be used:
    EVENTDATE or VISITOREVENT_DATE

  5. Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

    Hi Martyna,

    What device are you using for your kiosk?

    Showing sign-in questions all in one screen is available as a setting for PC kiosks. Due to the size of the screen and need for touch controls it is not currently supported on iPad kiosks. I will leave this open for votes as we gather requirements for future kiosk improvements.

  6. Pre-invitation emails language

    It would be nice to send pre-invitation emails in a different language without changing the default language setting.

    Make a dropdown menu to choose the language you wish to send the pre-invitation email.

  7. When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:

    1. A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
    2. The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

  8. Please add an exception for Visitors to have an exception added like employees and contractors. We have visitors who come in over night who are being signed out even though they are still on site.

  9. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  11. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  12. Send notifications to hosts via Microsoft Teams.

  13. When a visitor, contractor or employee signs in and a message is sent to an employee host the host can deny access stopping the person being signed in. This is a situation where an employee or contractor may have been fired yesterday, they are not yet on the watchlist and the host can still action "deny access" if the person signs in as a visitor, contractor, or employee and the host is selected and a message is sent to the host.

  14. Add at least one badge template with portrait orientation. All the templates available now are horizontal. A vertical one to print using standard thermal paper and put inside a transparent pouch+lanyard instead of printing on a label.
