  2. It would be great if we can get unpaid creditor invoices on the ownership statements that show withheld funds and what they are for so the owner can see why the funds are withheld from them.

    Withheld funds and outstanding invoices/fees do appear on owner statements when they are due within 30 days. If wanting to adjust this timeframe, there is a current suggestion for this that we are monitoring.

  4. Some tenants need reminding that rent has just dropped into arrears sooner than others, like repeat offenders, on the tenancy profile, where you can turn on or off rent arrears notices, it would be great to be able to quickly click a button that would send a rent arrears notice via email or text to only that tenant.

    We recommend you add a Group/Tag for these tenants, and you can easily send a mail merge to those tenancies only. Alternatively you can use the templates via Ad Hoc Emails to send a reminder to a single tenant.

  6. Hello Team

    I use PT from my smartphone.

    when i need to call a contact, i have to go into the contact and copy the number and paste to make a call.

    Is there a way that we can make a call straight from the contact instead of copying and pasting. (same as if i was calling someone from google)

    Can you guys look into that.

  7. When receiving replies for statement/receipts into the comms platform, it changes thread to ad-hoc communication. Which does not make sense.

  9. To have the ability to filter All inbox messages by User. When someone is away, it is easy to see just their messages. And from a managment perspective, it would make it much easier to see where each of the team is at with their messages. Currently we can only see "All", "Assigned to me" or "Company".

    You can filter by assignee in the communication platform - under All Inboxes, use the filter icon to see the Assignee filter. This does not appear under Assigned to Me or Company as those inboxes are already assigned.

    This information is found in the Tenancy Leases Report.  Go into this report (you don't need any date range filters populated as you want to see all tenancies), use the three dots to the right of the Tenancy list and you will see column options there for Bonds - add these to your report.

  11. Where there is more than 1 person on the lease it would be good if we could receipt the rent paid to each person. It would be more transparent and when they question why they are in arrears it would be easier to track back to see who has not paid their share of the rent.

  12. As an agent, I would like to integrate with REI FORMS LIVE which can help me to create forms like " listing forms " and "offer and acceptance" forms automatically. It's much more efficient and easy to clarify forms to match each property.

  13. We were able to check the entire list of maintenance against a property profile, now if you expand the list it goes out of the property profile into search entire portfolio.
    Extremely time consuming and frustrating. Can we have it back to the way it was on an individual property profile?

    The maintenance shown on the property has always displayed all "open" maintenance for the property and when clicking the magnifying glass will take you to the maintenance report displaying all jobs for that property that you could then filter/drill down on

    Emails that are sent and received save against the profile they are linked to (in the communication platform, within the email, it will show the profile it is linked to). If it's a conversation trail, then in the communication tab against the profile you can click on the saved communication and it will bring up the list of back and forth emails

  15. Hi, can you advise please of how on an iphone when i click the tenants details can I call directly as able to via REST mobile? I had to get a pen, write it down then call the tenant as can't copy/paste to call? thanks in advance

  16. Can we have a space like the REST conversation diary, where we can document phone conversations we have had with tenants. This was really handy, and it allowed all staff within an agency to view where something is up to. Its especially useful when staff are on leave, or if you are having a legal issue with a tenant.

  17. Our agency has been having issues with tenants with a part payment receiving arrears notices stating there behind in rent when they aren't. The computer should be able to identify the dates of when the rent is paid to and send notices according to the date they have paid to not the part payment.

    Rent Arrears notifications can be triggered on Period or Effective Arrears. To check or alter this setting go to configuration > Automatic Communications > Property Management > and click edit on the rent arrears section (next to the on/off option) this will allow you to switch the trigger on the notice to effective arrears. IMPORTANT - if you change this setting, you need to then edit each template you have set up so that you can change the arrears merge fields, as there are different merge fields depending on the setting you choose. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to the support team.
