  1. When a work work order is sent, it would be nice if the system automatically emailed the renter something like, 'TradeName' has been sent a 'work order / Quote request' for 'Subject line of maintenance'. Please expect contact shortly.

  2. Adding the ability to create a pop up notification when you open a ownership, property or tenancy profile. Making it easier for users rather than having to search through notes for important info such as preferred tradesman and other important info that normally gets missed.

  3. Reference allocation for ABA uploads and Bank Transferrs
    There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

  5. It would be great to have the option to either CC or BCC the staff member in any Auto Communications sent out, or even create an auto generated email summary of all communications sent off for the day.

  7. Hello,
    Automated arrears messages need an update, we require a feature for automated days which arrears messages can be turned off for the weekend automatically.

    Currently to turn off arrears for a weekend it has to be manually done on a Friday and then manually turned on Monday, if this is forgotten then it can potentially be in breach of the Tenancies act.

    Having an automated turn on/off time would be great to ensure no potential issues arise.

    Hopefully this could be a simple update that will significantly improve automated arrears through property tree.

  9. Addition of an option to have documents such as lease agreements & routine inspection reports completed in Inspection Express to not only auto-feed back into PropertyTree but for such documents to be auto-ticked to be 'visible on portal'.

  10. It would be great if there was a way to have an automated message sent to individuals that have logged keys out as a reminder to return them. Something similar to the below (both text and email would be great)

    This is a courtesy email confirming the keys collected are now past their due back date.

  12. I noticed that if there are multiple properties under one ownership, then the owner ledger shows all properties records together, it is hard for us to find a record of one single property, hope you can a function allowing user to check owner records of one single property.

  13. Please add time based fee triggers for property transactions. Eg we require admin fees to be entered under the property for some of our managements and only for the common property for unit blocks owned by one ownership. Would be great if we can have this set up to trigger on a certain day of each month prior to end of month being run so they will appear on these owner statements.

  14. We get our management agency agreements updated and resigned when we increases fees or make changes. It would be good if under the property section, then the DETAILS TAB and under PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION there was

    1. Original authority start date
    2. Current authority start date
    3. Management gained date
    4. Gained Reason

  16. With the new legislation coming into effect, is it possible to have an alert when entering a new rent schedule that the last rent change was within the last 12 months? The user then has the option to continue with the new rent schedule or cancel. thanks

  17. Improvement Suggestion: Streamline Routine Inspection Scheduling

    Is anyone actually using Property Tree for scheduling routine inspections? I am trying and finding the current system is clunky, clumsy, and lacks essential features.

    Key Pain Points:

    Missed Properties: No way to track if a property has been missed for scheduling

    Holiday Scheduling: No block-out periods for holidays, inspectors' leave, or public holidays.

    Route Planning: No effective route planner within the scheduler, making it difficult to schedule and navigate multiple properties.

    Current route planner only allows for 7 properties, which is insufficient for our needs (up to 15 inspections per day).

  19. Create a merge link that pulls only invoices in arrears, the current link "Tenancy_OutstandingInvoices" pulls amounts for all invoices, whether overdue or not.

  20. The tasks is great, I love it but it could be so much better!

    I have seen a few suggestions and they are great but the below with some of those combined would make it perfect.

    • Having a tile on the dashboard for tasks
    • Be able to create general tasks that are not linked to a property for say but to a person/user
    • Automated tasks related to lease renewals, inspections, maintenance, new tenants, vacating tenants, new property etc
    • Maybe a task that can be created to attach with emails to follow up on
    • With the automated tasks, would be great…
