Allow category automation based on activity
Allow the automation of category tags based on activities to reduce manual handling and improve data quality.
Examples include:- When a contact gets an appraisal allow me to automate the addition of "potential vendor" tag
- When a contact lists a home allow me to automate the removal of "potential vendor" and change to "current vendor"
- When a home is sold allow automation to change tag to "past vendor"
So much admin and data quality issues could be resolved with automating tags. We have contact automations available already, adding the different triggers and recipients would be great.

Add property information to buyer reports
Buyer reports - please adjust these reports to show us whether we have an property address for these OFI buyers it’s literally the most important thing to be able to see and know eg where they’re moving from and whether they have a house to sell or not…crazy we can’t print a report with that on there.

Attaching files or document in the Rental Appraisal
This feature is available in a sales appraisal. But not in a rental appraisal. Sometimes it can be a year or two between appraisal and listing and it would be good not to have to go back though emails to find what was pitched.

Sold by Other - streamlining
As an administrator, when I mark a property as sold by other I would like the option to remove the property as the residential and postal address of the Owner so that I don't need to do this manually, and risk forgetting.
It's an edge case that the prior owner would stay living there, so I'd suggest a check box which defaults to checked "Remove as Residential/Postal Address".

A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Perfect for agents looking at farming
A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Currently can only search 'Appraised, Listed, Sold. By having a basic property search this would be ideal for agents looking at farming. ie: Door knocking. As an agent walks to a door, to know the owners name is 'warmer' than not using a name. A basic in courtesy - using someones name. After all, isn't this a basic search - a property address?

Link/Unlink receipts with Invoices
I would like a simple button to be able to link a payment that has come into the trust for advertising with an advertising invoice. I should be able to open a receipt and have a link to the inv option.

As a client
I would like to be able to
Export the Pending Transactions to CSVCurrently unable to export to CSV but can export Ledgers, Transfers, Receipts and Payments in the Trust section of Accounting

Improve Attachment Name of Advertising Invoices when emailing from B+D
As a send of Advertising Invoices to Vendors via email from B+D I want the attachment name to be meaningful to the recipient so that they are not confused and the communication is more user-friendly.
At the moment, the attachment is named after the template selected, which also means that every attachment to every client from the same template will bear the same name.
If I am sending two different emails to a client with two different invoices attached those attachments are indistinguishable by name and the client has no need to know that I chose the 'without payment options'…

Automated SMS at checkin
One of the agents within our office has asked, if the same buyer attends multiple inspections at the one property is there a way to only send the automated SMS at the time they attend the first inspection only and have the SMS turned off if they attend multiple inspections after the first one at the same property?

Mark a contact as Do Not Contact
As an agent I would like the option to be able to mark a contact as Do Not Contact, where we can retain all the information but they will be exempt from Email and SMS transactions both business and marketing.
This would be similar to marking the contact as deceased. If the same email and mobile are used in another contact and they match as a duplicate the same "Do Not Contact" tag should apply to them.

The lock tab should only lock the Commission Splits Tab
We have people who require access to the Sales Details screen, which also gives them access to the commissions screen. Ideally they don't want other to see everyone's Commissions, that screen should just be for Managers and Admins
Is it possible to separate out the Commissions Tab so this can be locked and only viewable to people with access to Commission information

SMS Vendor Summary via App
Can we please have the ability to send a short summary report via text to a Vendor after an open home?
This is similar to the email version which is currently available via the app but just in SMS format.

Appraisal cancellation date for reports
When using the Whiteboard missed appraisals report, or using the Sales Appraisals tab to create a custom search report, it is not possible to include the appraisal cancellation date. Could this please be added?
Could it also be possible to filter Appraisals by appraisal cancellation date also?

Pending Transactions - Multiple Payees
Can we please have an option made available to nominate multiple payees in a pending transaction for a Commission Invoice? This would apply for Conjunctional Sale and/or a Referral scenario where the agency wants to be able to pay the other office/referrer directly from the sales trust account (rather than transferring the full payment to the general account and then paying the conjunctional agent/referrer from their general account).
Similar functionality is currently available when processing the 'pending payment to client' transaction.

Increase character limit of ledger name
Our auditor has requested that we name our ledgers to include the address and vendor name, but when they are an Estate of *** or Power of Attorney these can be very long and will not fit in the current 50 character limit.

View contact filtering on pending blast emails
As a marketing or database manager, our agents must seek approval when sending a blast email to a larger group of contacts, to ensure they are sending appropriate messaging to the right recipients, and not accidentally spamming our entire database.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to view what contact filtering the agent used while I am viewing the pending blast email, so that I can easily identify whether they have done so correctly. Just knowing the total number of recipients will only help me so much.

Easily see repeat inspection attendance
Would it be possible to implement a way to easily identify buyers who have attended more than one inspection at a property?
Currently you can only filter to see those buyers who have attended at least one of any selection of past OFI dates.

Sales Statements Screen Improvements
Could we please have the following improvements made to the Sales Statements Screen (Accounting > Sales> Statements)?
- A checkbox to hide Zero Balance Outstanding statements
- An option to sort ascending/descending by all column headings
- A column for Total Un-invoiced (being the total of campaign items that have not yet been added to a Vendor invoice)
- Ability to re-order the columns so the layout is easier to follow (as per the user's preferences)
