  1. Pre-fill matching criteria in agent app

    We are really interested in getting the pre-filled matching criteria functionality that exists on to the desktop in to the agent app.

    Currently an agent can add buying criteria when they are at an open, but they don't have the ability to pre-fill based on the listing the buyer is attending.
    We are trying to encourage our agents to update criteria's for all buyers but one of the pain points is how much time it takes and adding this button could help us get them to actually do it.

  2. Send SMS from personal SIM

    I've previously used MRI Vault before and it had the capability to input a client's first name (with a entry field "$$firstname$$") in a message. This would go from the MRI vault app, to my phones messaging app, so that I could send the personalised SMS directly from my phone.

    This was extremely useful for a number of reasons:

    1) when I received a reply message I could see what message I sent them and who they are, and what they are replying to.

    2) I could use my own phone which has unlimited SMS and send longer messages.

  3. AI integration for all message channels

    MRI needs to start integrate AI into Box and Dice to help agents prospect and send out texts. AI should be integrated into all aspects of a property from listing to uploading documents to prospecting. Copy and marketing material along with suggested replies to enquiries should also be able to be generated from B+D using AI. AI should be able to scan notes made by agents and then suggest means of following up as follow up is one of the most important elements in being able to win business in real estate and is one of the core tenets of…

  4. View Rental Listings via the mobile app

    Currently it isn't possible to view or edit rental listings on the mobile app.

    It would be nice if this was possible, to be able to make rental listing updates such as price changes and status updates (e.g. changing from Current to Leased) whilst out of the office.
