Active Pipe Integration - Just listed automation trigger
I think that the correct date to trigger this feature should be the campaign start date. Currently, the trigger is the listing date (as per the listing authority) which can be weeks before the property goes online. If this date is used, then the automation does not work.
The date used to enable the automation needs to be the same day as the property is uploaded to re.com and domain. The campaign start date would work well. I am told Box and Dice cannot change this?

Special Conditions Satisfied date
When any special conditions are added to a sale, they have a Due Date field. It would be great to also have a Satisfied Date field, to record when this condition was actually satisfied in the case it was not by the due date.

Adding multiple agents to OFIs
Currently if we have more that 2 agents attending an OFI and want to have this entered into their calendar, we need to either
- edit each appointment and manually add the extra agents to it
- create a duplicate OFI and set the OFI reason as 'Property Run'It would be great to be able to add as many additional agents as we need into the Inspections modal.

Advertising schedule and tax invoice layouts
Could we please have the order of campaign items on the advertising tax invoice match the order of the proposed schedule of advertising as it would save time cross checking the schedule against the tax invoice.

Bulk add tasks to contacts
Be able to add a single task but to multiple contacts, in the 'Contacts' view, the same way you can add a single category to multiple contacts.
We would like to be able to do this so we can prospect better. For example, if you have 12 sales you want your sales team to call their prospective vendors about, you would be able to get someone in the admin team to search the contacts in the street, and set up tasks for that salesperson to call their clients. Similarly for just listed and auction invitation.

Allow email/mobile text copy from the buyer detail section of the Buyer Leads screen
When viewing the detail of a buyer in the Buyer Leads screen, I want to copy-paste their email address or mobile from this screen to somewhere else. (For example into Outlook)
However those two lines on this screen cannot be interacted with like virtually all the other text on the screen can. You can neither highlight it nor right-click and copy.

If an auto alert could go to our marketing team when advertising is receipted, they will know straight away when money has come in and can move forward with the marketing campaign.

Feature Request: Linked Contacts / Couple Management
CURRENT PROBLEM
In real estate, it's common for couples to attend inspections and be managed together through the sales process. The current system doesn't handle this well, and agents are forced to choose between two bad options:
Option A — Single contact (e.g. "Jane and Bob Smith")
The contact record is messily formatted and doesn't reflect two real individuals. This creates problems downstream for personalised communication and accurate data.Option B — Two separate contacts (e.g. "Jane Smith" and "Bob Smith")
Each person appears as a distinct lead, which causes:

Alert me when My Contact purchases a property
Currently, we can alert an agent when one of their My Contact’s inspects a property listed by another agent/office within our network however there isn't an available alert to notify consultants when their My Contact is added as a purchaser for a sale. While triggers exist for “Purchaser Added,” they don’t extend to notifying the My Contact Consultant.
This capability would be incredibly helpful for our team, ensuring that consultants are kept informed whenever their My Contact completes a purchase, even if the transaction occurs through a different office. It would also support better follow-up and relationship management.

Remove Consultant as mandatory field in TASK filters
As an administrator, I sometimes need to manage tasks for multiple agents in bulk or view all tasks assigned to specific contacts or dates, regardless of the consultant attached.
The consultant field is currently mandatory and cannot be blank, nor can you select more than one consultant at a time.
I would like the ability to deselect a consultant on the Task Filters, or select multiple consultants (eg, other pod team members) to enable more accurate filtering via other fields.

Click contact in an auto alert to make a call
We have a few agents wanting to use Auto Alerts to remind them of anniversaries.
Wondering if it would be possible to add “Click to Call’ functionality on a client in an alert, so we can encourage them to call through the App when they get the alert and leave a note after?

Pre-fill matching criteria in agent app
We are really interested in getting the pre-filled matching criteria functionality that exists on to the desktop in to the agent app.
Currently an agent can add buying criteria when they are at an open, but they don't have the ability to pre-fill based on the listing the buyer is attending.
We are trying to encourage our agents to update criteria's for all buyers but one of the pain points is how much time it takes and adding this button could help us get them to actually do it.3 votesHi Supporters,

Ability to save CMA reports in the files as "CMA" rather than "other"
As we can do with SOI's, listing authorities and contracts, it would be handy to have a "CMA" option rather than dropping the report in as "other"

Customise Consultant Dashboard
We would love to be able to customise the data displaying on the consultant dashboards. For example - the contacts section we would prefer to display the consultant's "My Contacts".

Mandatory Appraisal Data
We would like to option (say in Access Settings) to set (or not set) specific Appraisal data fields as mandatory. This will assist with reporting and forecasting.

Bulk Add & Remove Categories
Currently, the bulk add/remove categories from the contact screen overrides the Contact Categories - Add/Remove categories for other consultants with staff sharing permission ACL and allows access to action both adding and removing.
We would like to see the "Add" and "Remove" actions separated so we can allow agents to add but restrict the remove ability.
We would also like to ensure the remove is governed by the sharing so an admin cannot remove categories in bulk from team members they do not have permission to do so for.
