Improve Attachment Name of Advertising Invoices when emailing from B+D
As a send of Advertising Invoices to Vendors via email from B+D I want the attachment name to be meaningful to the recipient so that they are not confused and the communication is more user-friendly.
At the moment, the attachment is named after the template selected, which also means that every attachment to every client from the same template will bear the same name.
If I am sending two different emails to a client with two different invoices attached those attachments are indistinguishable by name and the client has no need to know that I chose the 'without payment options' or whatever template.
It would make much more sense if the file name was something like 'Invoice JEL-45 18/3/2022 12.55pm' - which would make a resend of an updated invoice distinguishable by the timestamp.
