Auto Alert for Listing Reinstated
As the manager of a pre-listing subscription for Box+Dice,
I want to be notified when a new listing is created.
Currently, the Auto Alert for New Listings also triggers alerts for Listing Reinstatements. If the listing was reinstated, we should not incur an additional cost.
AND
As a manager responsible for ensuring the data integrity of my company,
I want to receive notifications when a listing has been reinstated.
This is essential to verify that the correct listing was reinstated and that the previous sales details have not been erased.Please implement an Auto Alert specifically for Listing Reinstated

Auto-alert for cancelled sale
As a system user, I would like my auto-alerts to differentiate between a withdrawn listing and a cancelled sale
The system identifies the Withdrawn and Cancelled as the same thing. When they are different. If you click Cancel Sale on a Not Settled listing, its status is changed to Sale Cancelled but functionally in the system this is the same as Listing Cancelled.
Typically if a sale falls over the listing will stay on the market, so the client expectation is that Cancel Sale should change the status back to Current, and remove all the sale information from the Sales…5 votes -
File Reference to be a searchable field where only the File Reference searched shows on screen.

At this point in time you can search for a File Reference by using Ctrl+F, but a whole list of properties appear, which then means needing to scroll through the list to find the File Reference required highlighted. Imagine, after years of using Box & Dice how many properties you will need to scroll through to find the highlighted File Reference that you could be searching for. This obviously, is not ideal!

Create a field field/line for a Supplier's ABN
There should be a field where the supplier's (company's) ABN can be recorded in Box+Dice.

Create field 'adjustments' in reconciliation screen
As a user completing bank reconciliations
I want to be able to enter an amount into an ‘adjustments’ field when more money has been paid from trust than what is held in the ledger

Sold by Other - streamlining
As an administrator, when I mark a property as sold by other I would like the option to remove the property as the residential and postal address of the Owner so that I don't need to do this manually, and risk forgetting.
It's an edge case that the prior owner would stay living there, so I'd suggest a check box which defaults to checked "Remove as Residential/Postal Address".

Send agent details as contact card to client
As an agent, I would like to send my details to a clients mobile via a button in Box+Dice, that sends them a contact card with the following information:
Name, Position, Mobile, Phone BH, Email Address

Including booking package info in NZ portal feeds
As a NZ client,
I want to be able to include package booking info in my RENZ portal feed
in order to modify my standard website booking without having to send a manual email or manage it online outside of Box+Dice.
We may have a standard booking package which applies to any new listings which are created via a feed from Box+Dice. As a buyer's advocate user, it would be great if there was a way to record a Purchased not just a Sold transaction lifescycle.
As a buyer's advocate user, it would be great if there was a way to record a Purchased transaction journey, rather than just the Sell journey. Instead of loading in listings for sale, we would be loading properties to potentially buy that meet our client’s briefs & also to communicate easily to our agent database.
At the moment Box+Dice seems built for agents listing & selling. We need to be able to track off-market opportunities & properties online & ultimately enter in our client's purchases once bought & have these shown as “PURCHASED” not “SOLD”.

Enable lead capture via Plezzel integration for project listings
Currently the Plezzel integration enables web lead inquiries to be captured in Box+Dice as Buyer Leads for Sales listings, however not for project listings.
Please can this be made possible for project listings too.

Enable Apple Split View for Box+Dice mobile app to use on iPad
Certain iOS mobile apps are compatible with the Apple Split View feature which makes multi-tasking possible when using an iPad device. This feature allows for multiple apps to be open side by side, as outlined in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbaiZS_G2a4.

Rearrange the Check-in and Add as Purchaser Button in Buyer Leads
Can we please move the additional options on the buyer check-in screen down to the bottom (less priority).
Our agents are constantly complaining about accidently hitting these buttons at busy open homes and they either mark the client as a purchaser (allowing no more check-ins and can't revert) or they open a different screen entirely which just creates panic and stress. Sometimes they have had to revert to their notes as an alternative and then checking clients in after the inspection which is not ideal.

A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Perfect for agents looking at farming
A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Currently can only search 'Appraised, Listed, Sold. By having a basic property search this would be ideal for agents looking at farming. ie: Door knocking. As an agent walks to a door, to know the owners name is 'warmer' than not using a name. A basic in courtesy - using someones name. After all, isn't this a basic search - a property address?

Increase font size in mobile app
Reading the client contact details in the app is difficult when checking in on the mobile. It would be great if we could have an app setting to increase the font size as the phone setting doesn't appear to impact the applications settings.

It would be great if Box+Dice could send automated email reminders to vendors reminding them to pay outstanding advertising invoices, triggered by days overdue.

note tagging between contacts & properties
When cross referencing buyers to a property, when you leave a note against a contact & tag the property in the note eg. @42 Croanna Street Rye <- then it creates a link. When tagging the property can that then place the note in the properties notes & link back to the contact?
