1. Using Agent App to show recent sales to prospective vendors

   As a sales agent I want to be able to show our recent sales to prospective vendors via the Agent App so that I can impress them with our track record in the area and leverage comparable sales to have a price discussion.

   This kind-of works at the moment, because you can filter to display past sales, BUT

   • Sales are not returned in sale date descending order, and there is no way to sort by this - only Inspection, Distance and Last Viewed. eg/ for Eltham the first result is a 2012 sale.

   • The sale date is not visible, so it's impossible to see whether the sales are actually that relevant time-wise.
