AI integration for all message channels
MRI needs to start integrate AI into Box and Dice to help agents prospect and send out texts. AI should be integrated into all aspects of a property from listing to uploading documents to prospecting. Copy and marketing material along with suggested replies to enquiries should also be able to be generated from B+D using AI. AI should be able to scan notes made by agents and then suggest means of following up as follow up is one of the most important elements in being able to win business in real estate and is one of the core tenets of real estate on a fundamental level.
