  1. Currently it isn't possible to view or edit rental listings on the mobile app.

    It would be nice if this was possible, to be able to make rental listing updates such as price changes and status updates (e.g. changing from Current to Leased) whilst out of the office.

As a salesperson who likes to use the type of note to filter last contact I would like the system to make it easier for me to select the correct note type - phone, other, etc by putting this on the critical path to making a note on the Contact screen in the CRM. At the moment the note type selection is an afterthought and often forgotten which undermines the effectiveness of the filters based on kind of contact.

    A recent E-Alert that went out from our account via B+D to compatible potential buyers for a particular listing had 6 unique people clicked through to view the listing. The feature request then is to set up 'ingestion' of these clicks over to the Buyer Leads section of the listing...

  5. As an agency who manages projects, we often want to have commission invoices in the system as soon as we have received the full deposit into trust.

    The commission stages are triggered by the entering of sale/unconditional/deposit release/settlement dates - none of which apply to the above. It would be great to have a simple button on each commission payment stage to allow the user to manually create the commission invoice.

  6. Create a new feature to enable or disable depending on agent preference.

    Business Case:
    Rotating the main image on the portal through a few (best) images gains significantly more traffic to the details page of a listing.

    Details:
    B&D would rotate the order of the first (X) photos for a property every (Y) days so that the photo displayed in portal search results (i.e. the first photo) would change. Rather than relying on picking the best photo, the agent would pick perhaps 5 good photos to be rotated through.

  9. 1/ It would be great if, when adding a contact we could also select as a solicitor (not just person or company) - rather than having to go in though settings/genera/sales/etc
    2/ Also there are some current contact that are solicitors but not recognised as such - would be great if we could have the ability to change from 'company' to 'solicitor'

  11. I want to be able to pull a report at the end of each week as to what listings have been uploaded for this first time ‘this week’

    I can see ‘First published date’ and ‘Last Portal uploaded date’ but nothing about ‘First portal uploaded date’

    Can I please get a new filter for the 'First Portal Upload Date' so I can see when a listing has been uploaded to the portals for the first time?

  12. It would be great if box+dice could host a PDF as a link.

    What we mean by this, for example, is if we had a contract of sale PDF that we wanted to send via text message link to a client, we could do so by sending them the link that they click that takes them to the PDF hosted by the box+dice website.

  14. It would be useful for a provision on the Campaigns tab within a listing to show both the campaign total (marketing expenses) then an auction fee amount highlighted as a separate entity. This would help to remind the accounts team to easily see if the auction fee has been charged.

    I would like a new field in B+D for gender
    In order to correctly address a contact

    At the moment we can only select male and female genders. This is required to be updated as a lot of people do not identify as either.

    Having another field available to select, will help the agent to correctly address the contact when they are communicating with them.

  16. Can a hyperlink or else Contact ID be added to the system email alert triggered when the Consultant for the 'My Contact' category is changed against a Contact, as a result of merging duplicate contacts?

    When multiple contacts in the system share the same First and Last name, it’s difficult to determine which merged Contact the auto alert email relates to.

    The addition of a Contact hyperlink (or else a Contact ID) to the system email alert would help users to precisely identify which merged Contact the alert relates to.

  18. Being able to create a rental appraisal letter or any other letter the same way you do a Sales letter would be greatly beneficial. Seeing we use Box N Dice to upload properties to realestate.com.au and domain, having this function makes it easy to keep track of rental appraisals as well as a easy way to produce letters to owners and to potential purchasers as well.

  19. We have recently turned on the automatic check in SMS to buyers and would like to be able to view the following stats:
    1. Click through rates
    2. Number of unsubscribes.
    It would be great if these reports could be available to us in the future so we can assess the effectiveness of the message.
