App : OFI push to portals
We would love for the app to push OFI times added onto portals.
We really need the flexibility to change this remotely on the mobile app as the team are often creating updates in between opens without access to a computer for the web version.

Matching Criteria - Listing type filter
Hi team
We would love to have an option within edit matching criteria that allows us to filter matching listings displayed based on listing types.
For example, adding in a drop-down filter.
It would be great if the filter can include the current listing types:
- Private sale
- Auction
- Expressions of interest
- Off market

Additional visibility on staff screen
Would love to see "Authorised Offices" and "Consultant Groups" as column options on the staff search screen.
Would also love to be able to filter by these options please!

Bulk Add & Remove Categories
Currently, the bulk add/remove categories from the contact screen overrides the Contact Categories - Add/Remove categories for other consultants with staff sharing permission ACL and allows access to action both adding and removing.
We would like to see the "Add" and "Remove" actions separated so we can allow agents to add but restrict the remove ability.
We would also like to ensure the remove is governed by the sharing so an admin cannot remove categories in bulk from team members they do not have permission to do so for.

More granular access to Dashboard
Now we have an "Authorised Offices" ACL, I would like to see this expanded out to the Dashboard permission settings please.
Currently team members have the option to view only their own dashboard or the entire office group.
I would like to be able to allow team members to view their own office/authorised offices, subject to their sharing permissions.
This would help reduce initial load times for the dashboard and ensure teams can view relevant information while avoiding exposing sensitive GCI target/budget/performance widgets to people who do not need access to it.

Add Follow Up Bulk SMS Button to Buyer Leads Screen
We would like to add a "Follow Up SMS" button, similar to that of the "Check-In" button on the buyers list of a property. Once clicked, the bulk SMS template created in the automations section of Box+Dice will send to the buyers, and will also create an sms communication point against their name.

Advertising Copy
We need to add HTML tags to the Adverting Copy section. Labelling tags in the description boosts SEO and thus creates snowball effect for the fed-thru website and listing in the entirety.

Allow category automation based on activity
Allow the automation of category tags based on activities to reduce manual handling and improve data quality.
Examples include:- When a contact gets an appraisal allow me to automate the addition of "potential vendor" tag
- When a contact lists a home allow me to automate the removal of "potential vendor" and change to "current vendor"
- When a home is sold allow automation to change tag to "past vendor"
So much admin and data quality issues could be resolved with automating tags. We have contact automations available already, adding the different triggers and recipients would be great.

Hover to see number of tasks on any given day
When creating a new task I would like to be able to select a date that has less tasks to even out my workload.
Currently I have to click into the date or have open in a secondary tab. It would be ideal when creating the task that hovering over potential due dates would show me how many tasks I already have on that date.

Remove GST deduction from GCI calculations
Currently the system calculates GCI as NCI because it automatically deducts GST. There is no option to report via the consultant dashboard or in sale details to INCLUDE the GST component in GCI calculations.
The fact that the system uses 'GCI' (Gross Commission Income) and "GCI (Gross Commission Introduced) is misleading and annoying given that Gross Commission Income is a standard industry metric INCLUDING GST.
In any case, Income or Introduction, neither of the figures are 'Gross' if they deduct GST.

Ability to save files on a Contact Card
We think it would be beneficial for Box+Dice to have a contact card page, similar to the Vault Filing Cabinet options. See example below:

This way agents can save Documents and IDs against the contact card, rather than the only place documents can be saved being a property page.

BCC the second agent when sending listing-related emails
I’d love if you could consider adding a ‘Bcc the second agent’ on the send email section.
We constantly have duplication of messages in our agency and this would be helpful in reducing this if they could be bcc’d.

Add property information to buyer reports
Buyer reports - please adjust these reports to show us whether we have an property address for these OFI buyers it’s literally the most important thing to be able to see and know eg where they’re moving from and whether they have a house to sell or not…crazy we can’t print a report with that on there.

Option for Admin Bulk Delete under search Contact
To keep our database clean, we would like the ability for Admin to search contacts, filter them and then bulk delete, rather than delete 1 by 1. There are several instances of "buyer-in" at an OFI and then they are still there months, years later without full details, etc.

Keysafe details in the agent app
There is a section to put the keysafe details on the listing, however, it is not visible to the agents in the app when they are at the property when they actually need the code.

Option to upload files/documents IN BULK to multiple Box & Dice Listing/Property Files
Like most businesses, we have a number of forms – Privacy statements, fillable offer forms, trust account detail forms etc that need to be in each file section of our listing for administration purposes and also available to the sales agents (through the agents app).
These are generic forms which need updating from time to time and also need to be added to or changed regularly.
Wouldn't it be great to be able to add these files to all current listings in a bulk upload?
It's currently extremely time consuming to search and open each individual listing file and drag…

My Contact Consultant Column
It would be great if user levels ie Manager, Manager (Open), Admin and Franchise Admin could use the columns in the contact screen to pull through the My Contact consultant that the client is assigned to as opposed to searching per agent to get the result we are after. For example, searching for categories is any of - Physical Mail with letters permitted, we'd love to be able to pull over the My Contact Consultant full name, not initials so we can download and arrange a mail merge for a letter.
