rental enquiries to go into tenant leads via the api
The current 'Website API' has an endpoint for creating sales enquiries, however we would like to be able to create rental enquiries.

Task letters download as word option
We have always been able to download our Anniversary Letters to word but that feature has been discontinued. Many times the address (or names) needs to be amended which is not possible with PDF.

office quick filter on listings screen
Have a Quick filter on the listing screens that you can filter by Office so when a sales admin role is looking after their own office they dont need to see any other listings

Sold By Other - Agent List
In the Sold By Other modal, you can select an existing agent from the list or crate a new. This has resulted in a huge list of agents and agencies which isn't manageable.
We need a way to tidy up this list (merging all duplicate agents) and control the creation of new agents/agencies being added to the list.

Record Call Logs
We believe the ability to record call logs in Box+Dice is core functionality for our team. Being able to track calls with our contacts is essential for maintaining a complete communication history and ensuring accountability.
Ideally, this feature would also allow us to create a follow-up calendar event (integrated with Outlook) directly from the call log. This would streamline our workflow and help ensure timely follow-ups, which are critical to our business.

Update Staff Sharing Permissions to include Task Templates and Saved Filters
When users are added to a 'team', it allows them to manage various things for each other. (sms, email, existing tasks, categories)
It, however, does not allow for a user to see another user's lists (task templates, contact/property saved filters)
This will need to be manually created if you'd like to see them on your own end.We would like saved filters and task templates added to Staff Sharing permissions

Customise Consultant Dashboard

Entering buyers - Key Pad
When adding a contact as a buyer on the app, if you are searching using numbers e.g. adding the contact by mobile, we would love the for the numeric keyboard to appear like a keypad, similarly to editing a mobile on a contact. This enables a more efficient process for agents and less room for error when entering contacts at opens as the keypad is a larger screen.

Pin Contact Boards
