  1. Our company has arranged that Tasks are not visible to all users unless they specifically share to each other because they work in a team. We do not want all users to see everyone's upcoming, scheduled and overdue tasks.

    However when a user completes a task and adds comments into the completed task, we would like this to be visible to all.

    At the moment because other users can't see these completed tasks it suggests that the contact has not been contacted and therefore open for another user to contact them.

  3. I would like to suggest improving a pipeline feature within box&dice.

    When you enter an appraisal it gives you the option to include ‘expected commission’, ‘expected close date’ & ‘close likelihood’ being: remote (25%) possible (50%) likely (75%) and definite (100%)

    I would like this data to be able to be used in line with the business plan function through the staff card.

    So in the business planning area where you can see on a monthly basis; budget, actual and variance – I think there should be a ‘potential’ column based on the pipeline information put in at the point…

  4. Could we please have the following improvements made to the Sales Statements Screen (Accounting > Sales> Statements)?

    • A checkbox to hide Zero Balance Outstanding statements
    • An option to sort ascending/descending by all column headings
    • A column for Total Un-invoiced (being the total of campaign items that have not yet been added to a Vendor invoice)
    • Ability to re-order the columns so the layout is easier to follow (as per the user's preferences)

  5. When viewing the project summary screen we can see the total number of units, appraisals, listings, reservations, sales.
    It would be handy to also see the total number of registered buyers across all listings within the project here, to enhance our vendor reporting.

  7. It would be great to have an option in the appraisal screen to add the type. eg A (hot), B (warm) or C(cold).
    This would help with tracking the type of appraisals agents are going to and check their performance. If an agent is losing all their A appraisals to another company, then maybe they need more training, need to take a more senior person to the appointment with them etc.
    It would also be used to measure an agent’s performance – if we have expectations that they will attend so many A B & C appraisals per month.

  8. Often the size of a contract document is of a large file size and in some cases need to be saved in multiple documents, rather than just one document.

    Can the system be changed to allow the contract to be uploaded into more than one file and/or increase the allowed file size; and be able to 'send all' docs marked as Contract out from the Agent App.

Like most Agents, am now going through the arduous process of applying to join some of the more than 50+ portals out there... and was wondering if Box+Dice might consider adding a feature such that you could complete a 'master' application form... and then choose from the various portals you'd like to join (noting Box+Dice would have information on each including free vs paid) and then submit.

    Having done several of these now, the information they ask for on each is near identical... from the Agency details... to the Agency license number... to the Agency logo etc...

  10. As an agent who uses the Lead Capture tool, I respond to my web enquiry Tasks using the mobile App, as I can call or email directly from that Task.

    After I have completed my call, I would like to be able to add notes that will save into the Buyer Leads section without needing to navigate away and the come back to my next Task.

  12. In order to enhance my database and prospecting management, I would like to be able to search based on related Owners, for example:
    - how many individual property addresses are owned by my My Contact list
    - how many of these properties do I have no email address recorded for at least one Owner

  13. Scenario - an office uses Microsoft Exchange Online to manage their email.
    All emails have an email signature injected into the email at the exchange end.
    User data is retrieved dynamically from AD(Active Directory) and used in the signatures.

    The HTML based signatures for users in Box and Dice is not manageable with so many users and changes that occur (email addresses, titles, mobiles etc.) within a large organisation.

    Can a feature be added whereby customers can select to use an external mail relay or SMTP mail server to send out emails from Box and Dice.

  14. Are we able to just enter a buyer's residential Suburb rather than having to enter their full address (which 99% of them do not like to give out). It's an important tool for agents to know where buyers are coming from.

  15. We would like the ability to manage access to the "Import" function under More on the Contact screen.

    Ideally this could be controlled via user permission levels, as to who has access to bulk import.

    We would like this because we have found some agents have imported 'messy' contact data into our database and we would like only specific user levels to manage ANY bulk importing of data.

  18. We have had a few agents ask why there isn't an 'add address' section on the mobile app? Buyers have requested for an updated market appraisal while attending an OFI. Because the agent is already on the buyer list page for the OFI he/she can't add the address?

    A contact button on the buyer screen at an open would be handy also. So if buyers do request contracts at the OFI, our agents can immediately press this button and it'll filter through to the 'manage buyer' area on their computers.

Currently people are able to send Blast Emails to people who they don't have any connection with (potentially the entire database if they have open search settings) - There needs to be an access restriction option allowing people to only send Blast Emails to contacts who they have a unique category against. This would avoid the situation where someone searches a category, to select recipients for a Blast, but doesn't have themselves selected in the consultants box and as a result, they send a blast to clients they have no association with.

  20. When using the app, it would be helpful to be able to create an appointment directly from a buyer or contact screen as you can for a Task.

    We would like the ability to add other staff into buyer appointments from the app - we understand this is possible via desktop however not currently possible via the app.
