  1. I often send sms messages to my buyers after open home inspections. Currently, these SMS messages are showing as events on my vendor reports. That is to say, the vendors are seeing them which I prefer they do not. For me to hide the event on the reports I have to go into each contact that viewed the property and hide the message from the vendor. If you have 50 inspections on open homes this becomes way too time-consuming. I believe the solution and the default should be that SMS messages are automatically hidden from vendors unless the agent wants…

  2. Be able to add a single task but to multiple contacts, in the 'Contacts' view, the same way you can add a single category to multiple contacts.

    We would like to be able to do this so we can prospect better. For example, if you have 12 sales you want your sales team to call their prospective vendors about, you would be able to get someone in the admin team to search the contacts in the street, and set up tasks for that salesperson to call their clients. Similarly for just listed and auction invitation.

  7. Could we please have a configurable option made available that allows an office to restrict the authority price from and to, to only a 10% range to assist with compliance?

    Alternatively, could we at least have a notification displayed to the user to let them know when the authority price exceeds the 10% range.

  8. REA accept "a whole number greater than or equal to zero" for the number of living areas of a property, however only one can be selected within Box+Dice.

    We would like the ability to choose more than one when required, and have this load to REA.

  9. As a New Zealand user, I would like the option to have the Property Types in my system restricted to just those that can be pushed through to all NZ portals.

    There are currently a huge number of options in B+D and the majority of them can't be pushed through to all portals leading to confusion for users when loading listings and pushing to portals.

    TradeMe has the most restrictive list of property types so I would suggest using this as the list to restrict the NZ property types to. This would really clean things up and improve the user…

  11. Want to be able to change the "Actual Release Deposit Date" in the Sales Details tab after a property has settled without having to reinstate the sale.

    In most cases the monies are drawn from trust at settlement, however there are times where we are owed money at settlement but we need to settle the property on the day it settles so it comes off our settlement report.   12. The current process of entering two contacts who are a couple (or some other relationship) is cumbersome. They have to both be created independently and then linked by adding a relationship between them. Could this be streamlined?

  13. I have found out another program used by a fellow agent in another company allows them to see when the contract has been opened and how many times it has been opened.

    I know we can see email blasts openings but being able to see if attachments sent via email through Box and Dice have been opened and how many times would be invaluable to ascertaining a buyer's level of interest if you are struggling to get hold of a buyer.

  14. When funds are held in trust (until release) which will go towards paying a commission invoice, I'd like to be able to print/email a Tax Invoice showing that funds are already held which will pay for part of the invoice, and only the difference appears as payable.

    Currently I need to add a sales receipt, print the invoice, and then delete the sales receipt (as the funds have not actually been drawn yet).

  15. If a user has set up their office as the default office on a trust account, can this office's trust account please be selected automatically when creating a ledger manually? This would significantly reduce the opportunity for human error for offices who manually add their ledgers.

  17. Can we please have the option made available to add an electronic signature to a trust receipt? This would save users a lot of time signing receipts before sending them to clients. Clients have received mixed feedback from auditors about whether an email signature is/is not sufficient when sending a receipt electronically so they would like to be able to have the signature placed onto the receipt automatically.

    Even in the instance where this may have been determined to not be required, it would be great to have an option to email a receipt which does not have the manual…

  18. Can we please have an option to enter a Deposit Bond for part of the deposit only? One office has reported more than one incident of needing to enter a deposit bond for only part of the deposit with an initial deposit having been paid by Cash/EFT/Cheque.

  19. We would like to print the property attributes on a report. The idea is that an agent would go to the property and tick the sheet with attributes and bring back for office admin to enter into the listing. i.e pool, A/C etc.

    It would be ideal if this report could contain the exact options available on the property (advanced fields, views, materials, features, styles) including custom ones we have added into settings.

  20. Can you please look into the ability to be able to change the order of images in a listing in the mobile app.

    At the moment, we physically have to be in front of a desktop to be able to change photo's around in box and dice. If we could move a new photo to the hero shot position when we are out on the road, or with a vendor, this would allow us to be extremely proactive and amend things straight away. We would not have to wait until we are back in front of a desktop hours later.
