Tracking agent appraisals and KPIs
A fundamental for tracking salespeople's KPIs is how many appraisals they have conducted for the month - regardless of whether they are still active or closed - I just want to know how many were done. It appears the many different pathways (Activity Report, Whiteboard, Management Reports) I have been advised to follow to get this information are inconsistent. It would great if I could go to each salesperson and have a list a basic KPIs - appraisals conducted, active appraisals, database growth, database contacts available and not have to look in 8 different places.

We would also love a report that showed KPI to actual for appraisals, listings, number of sales as well as GCI, perhaps in the business plan section.
