Backdating appraisals
By default, an Appraisal will be dated as the date on which it is entered into the system. If you include an appointment at the time you first enter the Appraisal, it will be dated as per the date of the appointment.
However if you are wanting to enter an appraisal which has already taken place, and back-date it, this is currently very fiddly to do.
It must be done from the contact screen of all vendor(s) attached to the appraisal.
- Locate the Appraisal activity within the contact history .
- Click the small down-arrow to the right, and Edit Activity.
- Change the appraisal date and click Save.
- Repeat these steps for any other vendors.
It would be helpful to have a basic Date field within the Appraisal instead for this.
