  1. We need the ability to add some text to our invoices please. Perhaps the best / simplest solution would be an empty field with the ability to add an editable footnote.

    For example we want to add a "money transfer precautions" footnote - alerting people to the possibility of cyber fraud.

  2. Currently you can have 3 advertising consultants in the listing information screen however Box & Dice only push through 2 consultants to REA.

    I have confirmed with REA that they can accept up to 4 consultants for commercial properties on real commercial.

    Could you please update the feed to allow more than 2 consultants to be pushed through to realcommercial.com.au.

  3. It would be great when editing a Content box in a blast email if it was a larger screen so you can easily navigate. Currently the content box is quite small and hard to move around.

  4. As a user I would like to be able to see both the invoice number and invoice amount when making a manual trust payment against an invoice (Property > Accounting > Trust Payment > invoice selected to be paid).

    At present I can only see the invoice number. This makes it clunky from the user's perspective as the invoice number must be known before making the payment. Ordinarily, it is the invoice amount which will be recognised first when making a payment.

    This enhancement would make the trust accounting process much more efficient when making a manual payment.

  5. When receiving commission for a conjunctional listing, we add the conjunctional agent's commission as a deduction so that our agents/office will be paid the correct amount.

    On multiple occasions the full balance of deposit has accidentally been released to our General Account. It would be good not to have to manually check if a sale requires a conjunctional commission share payment before releasing deposit.

    Perhaps via a 'defacto' invoice, or some method of creating a Pending Payment.

  6. There are auto alerts available for downloads into excel & word or the Library, but is it possible to set up an auto alert when a bulk search in general is done? We had an agent do a bulk search but because it wasn't downloaded I didn't receive any notification - he took screen shots and saved into a word doc so was still able to "take" data.

  7. When on the Contacts page and you click the mobile number, the sms box pops up. It would be handy for the box to pop up in the task manager screen too.

  8. We would like to be able to generate the Buyer Register PDFs with last names as the means of identification/sorting.

    A number of the team use last names to identify buyers when reporting to vendors instead of first names, and would like to be able to continue to do this in their transition to Box+Dice so having this option in addition to those available would be helpful.

  9. When I print the Combined Relationship Attention (7x3) labels it prints out alphabetical first name.

    However when I print the Combined Relationship Fullname (7x3) labels it prints out alphabetical surname.

    Is there any way we can get the reports to print out in the same order. For example an agent likes to write a personal message in his cards and likes to have the fullname report next to him so he knows the name of the person. And when the reports print differently it takes 5 times longer to match up the fullname with Attention.

  10. Could we please have a revised Blast Report layout made available that shows the recipients in a single list with the stats relating to their interaction with the email ranked in order or most active to least active?

  11. It would be super amazing to have a "Register" button for tenants to register their attendance at an open via our GRAB website; with a view to allow functions such as pressing one button to notify tenants that an open has been changed or cancelled.

  12. As an agent in a large agency, I would like the residential address to be displayed in buyer search results as well as the existing mobile/email fields.

    Because we may have many existing contacts with the same name, but perhaps not their current phone or email, having their address visible would be an extra safeguard to prevent creation of duplicates, and later issues concerning unique categories.

  13. It would be very beneficial if there were a way to include general contact notes on buyer reports, rather than only buyer notes related to the specific listing I am working from.
    This will give me a fuller, more comprehensive view of their real estate journey without needing to navigate back and forth between the buyer leads screen and the main contact screen.

A fundamental for tracking salespeople's KPIs is how many appraisals they have conducted for the month - regardless of whether they are still active or closed - I just want to know how many were done. It appears the many different pathways (Activity Report, Whiteboard, Management Reports) I have been advised to follow to get this information are inconsistent. It would great if I could go to each salesperson and have a list a basic KPIs - appraisals conducted, active appraisals, database growth, database contacts available and not have to look in 8 different places.

  15. By default, an Appraisal will be dated as the date on which it is entered into the system. If you include an appointment at the time you first enter the Appraisal, it will be dated as per the date of the appointment.

    However if you are wanting to enter an appraisal which has already taken place, and back-date it, this is currently very fiddly to do.

    It must be done from the contact screen of all vendor(s) attached to the appraisal.

  16. When agents are at open homes helping out their colleagues taking names and numbers on their own mobiles to help out, currently the SMS message that is being sent to the client as they are checking in is coming from the agent that is taking their details, not from the listing agent.

    This is an issue because the other agent’s contact details are in the SMS, rather than the lead agent. It’s better the SMS is sent from the listing agent's number so that it’s easy for the buyers that are coming through to come back to them.

  17. One of our advertising staff has asked to put forward this feature request.

    They would like the ability to export the contents of an invoice to a CSV rather than just the one line invoice summary total export to csv option we have currently. This would allow them to pass on a line by line breakdown of a particular invoice to the necessary parties, at the moment she is having to screen shot the invoice which can mean several screenshots if the invoice contents are long.

  18. As a New Zealand user, I would like all the rural property types that are accepted by major portals TradeMe and RENZ to be available in Box+Dice, so I can load my properties accurately on those websites and have buyers find them easily.

  19. Can we please have a calendar of important dates made available for administration staff that includes all expected settlement dates, expected deposit release dates, deposit balance due dates, authority expiry dates etc?

    Admin staff would like to be able to track this information so they can set up meeting invites to go into their Outlook calendars and then only need to be making changes to dates in Box+Dice to changed settlement dates etc and have their calendar update at the same time.
