Option to always add Buyer contact to database under lead agent
When agents are at open homes helping out their colleagues taking names and numbers on their own mobiles to help out, currently the SMS message that is being sent to the client as they are checking in is coming from the agent that is taking their details, not from the listing agent.
This is an issue because the other agent’s contact details are in the SMS, rather than the lead agent. It’s better the SMS is sent from the listing agent's number so that it’s easy for the buyers that are coming through to come back to them.
Also, the contact is getting added to the database under the supporting agent not the listing agent.
Could a setting be added to allow the choice of whether the above events are assigned to the Lead agent or the user logged into the App?
