Check In SMS
We have recently turned on the automatic check in SMS to buyers and would like to be able to view the following stats:
1. Click through rates
2. Number of unsubscribes.
It would be great if these reports could be available to us in the future so we can assess the effectiveness of the message.7 votesHi Supporters

Address Contact by correct name
As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.
At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.
Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

Make accurate notes easier
As a salesperson who likes to use the type of note to filter last contact I would like the system to make it easier for me to select the correct note type - phone, other, etc by putting this on the critical path to making a note on the Contact screen in the CRM. At the moment the note type selection is an afterthought and often forgotten which undermines the effectiveness of the filters based on kind of contact.

Link/Unlink receipts with Invoices
I would like a simple button to be able to link a payment that has come into the trust for advertising with an advertising invoice. I should be able to open a receipt and have a link to the inv option.

Adding an Auction Fee amount in the Campaign tab next to the Authority Amount
It would be useful for a provision on the Campaigns tab within a listing to show both the campaign total (marketing expenses) then an auction fee amount highlighted as a separate entity. This would help to remind the accounts team to easily see if the auction fee has been charged.

Rental Appraisal Fields in Library Templates
Being able to create a rental appraisal letter or any other letter the same way you do a Sales letter would be greatly beneficial. Seeing we use Box N Dice to upload properties to realestate.com.au and domain, having this function makes it easy to keep track of rental appraisals as well as a easy way to produce letters to owners and to potential purchasers as well.

Add E-Alert interest as Web Leads
Feature request posted on behalf of client :
A recent E-Alert that went out from our account via B+D to compatible potential buyers for a particular listing had 6 unique people clicked through to view the listing. The feature request then is to set up 'ingestion' of these clicks over to the Buyer Leads section of the listing...

Prospecting - Add Consultant so can filter
I just recently learnt how to use the Prospecting funtion to map out and add properties in a certain area. However, even if you add your own name as the consultant, the search filters do not work. I explained to the Help Desk I literally just wanted to say add 20 properties, put my name against the propereties and filter by suburb | name. The issue is that unless the property is listed as Appraisal | For Sale etc - it brings up every property in that suburb and every consultant. I don't want to turn them into appraisals as…

Tick/untick by page when sending bulk SMS
In situations where I need to send a bulk SMS to a large number of recipients (over the system cap) I would like to be able to sort my on-screen filtered list of contacts to display 100 at a time, and then select each page-full in turn and SMS them.

Currently, a client can only view reports for Blast emails and E-Alerts.
Can we please consider implementing a way for clients to see a report of emails sent to contacts?
Ideally, the report would need to contain:Opens
Not opened
Unsubscribes

Update ACL for Max Data Export based on Roles
Issue:
A user can export up to 500 records in the ‘advanced view’ screen, but not in the front end screen, unless access levels with the ability to export more than 500, is given to that role.Request:
Client would like the ability to nominate the number of records an individual Access Level can export.Outcome:
Staff can only export max amount data based on ACL for each role.

Ability to manually trigger project stage commission invoices
As an agency who manages projects, we often want to have commission invoices in the system as soon as we have received the full deposit into trust.
The commission stages are triggered by the entering of sale/unconditional/deposit release/settlement dates - none of which apply to the above. It would be great to have a simple button on each commission payment stage to allow the user to manually create the commission invoice.
The current workaround is to manually enter one of the above dates as today's date (to trigger the invoice creation) and then remove it again which is a lot…

Rotate main image shown on portals
Create a new feature to enable or disable depending on agent preference.
Business Case:
Rotating the main image on the portal through a few (best) images gains significantly more traffic to the details page of a listing.Details:
B&D would rotate the order of the first (X) photos for a property every (Y) days so that the photo displayed in portal search results (i.e. the first photo) would change. Rather than relying on picking the best photo, the agent would pick perhaps 5 good photos to be rotated through.

Automatic emails to vendors, buyers and their solicitors with e-contracts.
Once a sales file is marked sold on the system and all the sale details are logged, trigger mail merge emails with a copy of the contract and all relevant sale, deposit, settlement and buyer details that are sent to everyone

First Portal Upload Date
I want to be able to pull a report at the end of each week as to what listings have been uploaded for this first time ‘this week’
I can see ‘First published date’ and ‘Last Portal uploaded date’ but nothing about ‘First portal uploaded date’
Can I please get a new filter for the 'First Portal Upload Date' so I can see when a listing has been uploaded to the portals for the first time?

Active Pipe Integration - Just listed automation trigger
I think that the correct date to trigger this feature should be the campaign start date. Currently, the trigger is the listing date (as per the listing authority) which can be weeks before the property goes online. If this date is used, then the automation does not work.
The date used to enable the automation needs to be the same day as the property is uploaded to re.com and domain. The campaign start date would work well. I am told Box and Dice cannot change this?

Better MVI error messages - Realhub
As a Media Vendor Integration user with Realhub I would like to receive meaningful error messages which articulate the issue (eg missing mobile number) and allow me to self-soothe when the Realhub sync fails so that I don't have to waste my time - and Box+Dice Support's - asking why the sync is failing. Support please vote this one up!!! :)
