Add more flexibility in filtering buyer notes
As a user we would like to be able to filter the buyer register more. Currently we are asking bidders to 'register to bid'. It would be great to be able to filter our buyer register list to those bidders who have registered.
Even going as far as adding a different colour/thumbs up for buyers who have registered to bid, would remove the need we currently face of creating a separate list of buyers who fit this requirement.

Contact search based on listing settlement date
We would like to do this in contacts in order to have the ability to blast with Activity type - purchased / purchaser settled based on the actual settlement date.
We have been advised by Support that the Purchaser/Purchased Activity date corresponds to the date the Sale Activity was entered into the database, and not any of the dates actually entered into the Sale Details area.
A Purchaser/Purchased Activity has a date range, visible when you edit it from the contact timeline (ie between when the sale is entered through to when settlement is entered). The Contact Activity date filter…

Contact activity property type subfilter
When I have a buyer for a block of units that are probably not for sale, I want to ring all the owners of blocks of units on my system, to see if I can convince them to sell.
So I need a list of :
All Owners of Blocks of Units (regardless of if currently for sale or previously sold or not)
I also want the list to be about the Contact (not the property) - I would like to know Owner name, residential address and phone details.Contact filter would therefore be

Filter by E-Alert sender
As a Database Administrator I want to be able to filter Contacts by
- Looking for is any of Sales (existing)
- E-Alert Status is any of Enabled (existing)
- E-Alert Sender is any of [consultant] (requested feature)
so that I can identify people who were receiving E-Alerts from a departed Consultant and manually reassign those so that the Contacts continue to receive E-Alerts from a person rather than from the default Company sender.

Permission settings to allow listing and OFI edits based on the listing agent
My agency operates by allowing agents to manage their own listings, but I don't want them to be able to edit other agents' listings - only their own.
I would like a way to allow an agent to edit listing information and inspections only for listings on which they are a listing or advertising consultant.

Automated redirect for shortened listings URLs
While URL redirects can be created manually for GRAB website pages, it would be great if these could be automated, to save having to do this step for every new listing.
For example in the format: mydomain.com/123456 or mydomain.com/123-smith-street-richmond

Filter matching contacts by My Contact category
When using the Matching Contacts feature on an appraisal or listing, I would like to be able to further filter the list of contacts by My Contact so that I may communicate with my own contact database, in accordance with my company's internal policies.

Add functionality to search and filter Relationships
Because there are different types of contact relationships, it would be very helpful to be able to distinguish between these via search filtering, and library communications.
For example;
when sending a blast/email to multiple contacts, I would like to send this only to the 'main' contact of all the sets of partners in my search results.
when composing combined Christmas letters, I want to address these only to husband/wife or partner/partner relationships, and not friend/friend or father/daughter relationships.

Ability to merge contacts on the App
As an agent using the mobile App at an open home, if I discover a contact has been entered into my database multiple times, I would like a way to merge those duplicates then and there.

Contacts sync to Android phone
When making outgoing calls from the B+D App I can obviously see who I am calling, however if they call me back I don't know who they are unless I have added them to my phone's contacts.
Can a contacts phone sync feature be added for devices other than iOS?

Add free text field to Sale Details / Sales Advice
We like to use the Sales Details PDF to send the information directly to the Solicitor/Conveyancer however at that stage we might not have an expected settlement date as often the settlement term is eg '42 days after exchange of contracts'. We do not know when exchange will take place so a box where we could type text to be included on this report would alleviate this issue.
For example we are constantly asking for items such as:
Section 66w Certificate
Adjusted deposit - 5%

Sales listing sort by Auctioneer
When creating a search in the listing tab, I can group/sort the list by Listing Consultant.
However I cannot do this by Auctioneer (or advertising / commission consultants).
If I need to give my sales team a report of their upcoming auctions grouped by staff member, it is time-consuming to do so.1 vote -
Auction location field
As a consultant I want to record where an auction is taking place so that this information can be presented to potential buyers. It is important to inform interested parties of the correct location to attend.
I would like to include this in my GRAB website, blast email, lead capture autoresponse, E-Alert, stocklist report, as well as data sent to portals, media vendors, and relevant API partners.
Most external websites accept a field for the site of an auction, whether this is on-site, an alternative physical address, or online (a URL).

Manage related buyers checking in via the QR code
When buyers are registering themselves at inspections through the QR code, they may be a couple or a group. So they are being added in as separate buyers in B&D, although we would only be adding one person in the group as a Buyer if doing so manually.
Is it possible to build a relationship between buyers or create them as a buyer group, so that we aren't contacting more that 1 person in a group for feedback or interest. Either via the QR registration page or the B&D mobile app.1 vote -
Could the buyer Source be included in the buyer information on the mobile app?
The buyer source is shown in the web app, but not on the mobile app. This can be very useful for an agent to know if they meet the person at an OFI and they are already a buyer on the listing.

Default office selection when adding a new staff member
As a database manager whose system has multiple offices, when adding a new staff member I would like the Office field to be blank by default. This means that I am forced to actively select their correct office and not accidentally add them to the first office in the list, which may cause subscription charges to be invoiced to the wrong office.

Generate communication for buyers from the Library in the Buyer Leads screen
Business case:
When you are managing/contacting buyers, within the buyer leads screen of a listing, you should not have to then filter for those buyers in the contacts screen, so you can send/generate a library template.
Issue:
There are no 'buyer contact details' merge fields available in the library of the listing/sales screen.
If you need to generate a library template, you must leave the buyer leads screen and filter for those contacts in the contacts screen. This is not very functional.1 voteThank you for your Suggestion!

Add Vendor Contact Numbers to Listing Added Auto Alert
For the Listing Added Auto Alert, we can include the Vendor Address and the Vendor Name(s) merge fields, however, there is not an option for Vendor Contact Numbers.
Having this option will save us time as we can then easily populate an sms to the vendors.

Archive Sources the same way we can with Suppliers/Items, so that it cannot be selected anymore
At the moment, if I do not want staff to use certain Sources for Appraisals, Buyer Leads, and Tenant Leads, I need to rename the source with perhaps ZZ at the start and inform my staff to not use those sources.
It would be great if we could have a way to archive the Sources we no longer need so that they cannot be selected/used by our staff.

Additional library merge fields
It would be very helpful to be able to include consultant URL fields in library templates. For example the "REA REVIEW URL" in a standard SMS or email sent to the vendor when a sale has completed.
