It would be great if user levels ie Manager, Manager (Open), Admin and Franchise Admin could use the columns in the contact screen to pull through the My Contact consultant that the client is assigned to as opposed to searching per agent to get the result we are after. For example, searching for categories is any of - Physical Mail with letters permitted, we'd love to be able to pull over the My Contact Consultant full name, not initials so we can download and arrange a mail merge for a letter.

  3. Can we please move or remove the mark as purchaser button in the app, sometimes our agents accidently hit this when they are checking people into properties and then they are no longer able to check people in. Alternativley it should be a user rights option as it is not common for agents to be processing the contract details hence not needing to mark as purchaser

  4. As a Sales user
    I would like the ability to use a Letterhead template for library templates
    This will allow me to print library templates directly onto the electronically saved letterhead paper.

    Under, Settings - Library - Page Setup - + Add Page
    Once the parameters are set, allow staff to upload a letterhead template.

    When creating a library template and selecting the page setup, the template will automatically print, including the letterhead header and footer as outlined in the uploaded letterhead template from the page setup.

  7. MRI needs to start integrate AI into Box and Dice to help agents prospect and send out texts. AI should be integrated into all aspects of a property from listing to uploading documents to prospecting. Copy and marketing material along with suggested replies to enquiries should also be able to be generated from B+D using AI.   8. You can pull office ID from the code, but it would be great to be able to store this info somewhere easy for those with access to view, perhaps on the office page?

    As a network, we have many integration partners that need this information and it would be great to have it easily accessible in the same screen as all the other information we need to supply to them.

  10. As a system user, I would like my auto-alerts to differentiate between a withdrawn listing and a cancelled sale

    The system identifies the Withdrawn and Cancelled as the same thing. When they are different. If you click Cancel Sale on a Not Settled listing, its status is changed to Sale Cancelled but functionally in the system this is the same as Listing Cancelled.
    Typically if a sale falls over the listing will stay on the market, so the client expectation is that Cancel Sale should change the status back to Current, and remove all the sale information from the Sales…

  11. This feature is available in a sales appraisal. But not in a rental appraisal. Sometimes it can be a year or two between appraisal and listing and it would be good not to have to go back though emails to find what was pitched.

  12. As an Admin user I want to be able to search and export the system logs per office To view and analyse the staff activity in a date range for a certain office. Currently, there is an ACL for “View the System Logs” in the UI.
    Adding the option “Export the System Logs” to the Global Permissions would be beneficial so users do not need to rely on BD Support Admin to export logs.

  16. As an administrator, when I mark a property as sold by other I would like the option to remove the property as the residential and postal address of the Owner so that I don't need to do this manually, and risk forgetting.

    It's an edge case that the prior owner would stay living there, so I'd suggest a check box which defaults to checked "Remove as Residential/Postal Address".

  19. As a user completing bank reconciliations
    I want to be able to enter an amount into an ‘adjustments’ field when more money has been paid from trust than what is held in the ledger

    I want to be able to include package booking info in my RENZ portal feed
    in order to modify my standard website booking without having to send a manual email or manage it online outside of Box+Dice.
    We may have a standard booking package which applies to any new listings which are created via a feed from Box+Dice. However we want a particular property to be upgraded or downgraded from that standard booking, we’d like it to be included in the feed rather than having to contact the portal separately via email, or managing the booking…
