  1. At the moment there is only the ability to filter Buyer Leads by contract requested and offer made as per below.

    It would be good to be able to add additional filters like:

    1. Requested or Sent Building and Pest Inspection Report

    2. Requested or Sent Due Diligence Information

    3. Registered for Auction

    4. Requested or Sent EOI/Tender Offer Form

  2. As an agent
    I would like a new field in B+D for gender
    In order to correctly address a contact

    At the moment we can only select male and female genders. This is required to be updated as a lot of people do not identify as either.

    Having another field available to select, will help the agent to correctly address the contact when they are communicating with them.

    I would like to be able to
    Export the Pending Transactions to CSV

    Currently unable to export to CSV but can export Ledgers, Transfers, Receipts and Payments in the Trust section of Accounting

    Reason:
    For review by the Directors and our Finance Director
    Copying and pasting to Excel is not clean

  4. As a send of Advertising Invoices to Vendors via email from B+D I want the attachment name to be meaningful to the recipient so that they are not confused and the communication is more user-friendly.

    At the moment, the attachment is named after the template selected, which also means that every attachment to every client from the same template will bear the same name.

    If I am sending two different emails to a client with two different invoices attached those attachments are indistinguishable by name and the client has no need to know that I chose the 'without payment options'…

  5. When creating a new task, the property drop down menu shows random properties, not related to the contact, you have to search for the property, it would be ideal if the properties related to the contact showed in the drop down (and vice-versa).

  6. 'Deposit Balance Day Reached' however there are no 'fields available' for the Purchaser - only the Vendor.
    As payment must be obtained from the Purchaser, and these details are available for other triggers, I would like these to be added:

    [Purchaser Address]
    [Purchaser Contact Details]
    [Purchaser Name(s)]
    [Purchaser Postal Address]

  7. Can a hyperlink or else Contact ID be added to the system email alert triggered when the Consultant for the 'My Contact' category is changed against a Contact, as a result of merging duplicate contacts?

    When multiple contacts in the system share the same First and Last name, it’s difficult to determine which merged Contact the auto alert email relates to.

    The addition of a Contact hyperlink (or else a Contact ID) to the system email alert would help users to precisely identify which merged Contact the alert relates to.

  8. One of the agents within our office has asked, if the same buyer attends multiple inspections at the one property is there a way to only send the automated SMS at the time they attend the first inspection only and have the SMS turned off if they attend multiple inspections after the first one at the same property?

  9. 1/ It would be great if, when adding a contact we could also select as a solicitor (not just person or company) - rather than having to go in though settings/genera/sales/etc
    2/ Also there are some current contact that are solicitors but not recognised as such - would be great if we could have the ability to change from 'company' to 'solicitor'

  10. Would it be possible to have the legal name of a contact pull through as the name listed on all documents generated - ie account sale reports, instead of just the general letters.

    Otherwise just the client 'name' appears which may not be sufficient for accounting / legal purposes on all documents.

    You do not always need to input a legal name, however when you do it is often because it is required. And you would want this legal name to pull through to all documents relating to this client/sale.

  11. To have contacts automatically pushed across to activepipe they are required to be in a (My contact) category - meaning they are assigned to an agent.

    Currently box and dice does not automatically do this when an agent adds a new contact to the system

    Therefore we need to manually enter contacts from box & dice to say activepipe.

    I suggest this is reviewed as I feel this is a basic feature the CRM should do when gathering data

  13. As an Admin user

    I would like to be able to have an Auto Alert for inspections added to the listing

    Business Case:

    Staff users currently add the inspection to the listing but do not have the ability to portal load the listing. Once they have loaded the inspections to the listings they need to send that information manually to an Admin for the Admin to load the listing to the portals.

    Having an Auto Alert that does this automatically would be beneficial to the staff users and Admins, as they would be alerted as soon as it happens

  14. ”Keep Informed” note identifier was removed from V4 in the Notes section of the Contact profile

    Request:
    Please re-add this back to the Notes Section against the contacts in the Buyer Register

    Reason:
    You can select all notes in order in a buyer register.
    So you can easily select all buyers who wanted to be kept informed and call them.
    So if there's a 100 buyers in the register I need to quickly find the 7 of them who asked to be kept Informed.

  15. When a listing is uploaded to Box+Dice, the current Enterprise Importer logic is as follows:

    Find a Property from a XML file by its address (doesn't support lot numbers).

    Update the Property information (if something changed, e.g. beds/baths, house/land sizes, etc).

    Find a Sales Listing by uniqueID. If not found - try to find it by the Property address (like in step 1).

    Update the Sales Listing information (e.g. prices, office, external reference ID, etc).

    This can (and has) caused issues in a multi-office/office group system environment.
    For example if the Listing was found by address, it may already contain…

  16. Issue

    With the increase in support of Property Management in Box+Dice, users are starting to look at setting up alerts and loyalty campaigns which reference consultants on Rental Appraisals and Rental Listings.
    Currently, only consultants related to Sales Appraisals & Listings can be used.
    The currently available Role 'Appraisal Activity Consultant' refers only to Sales Appraisals

    Outcome

    Provide functionality to allow use of 'Rental Appraisal Activity Consultant' and 'Rental Listing Activity Consultant' Roles with Loyalty Campaigns.
    It would seem logical to do the same for Auto Alerts as well.

  17. Client has a problem with reporting on task type and believes that if they were able to change the default Task Type to Phone (instead of generic 'Task') this would go a long way to helping behaviour change in their business.

    The largest proportion of entered tasks are to be phone calls, so they would like to be able to set this as a default task type when a new task is created. Many admin staff will fail to set the correct task type when doing so, and most agents will not change the task type when completing the task.

  18. As an agent or database manager, I would like to be able to search for contacts who have had certain previous communications, for example to check whether the correct people had it sent to them, follow up, etc.

    Desirable filters would include:

    which agent(s) sent the communication

    the type of communication (Letter, SMS, Email, Blast Email, history note)

    a date range for the communication

    text matching for the title/content of the communication

  19. Examples of use cases

    1. The client has imported or inherited data, and wants to tidy it up. He wants to clean up the list of available custom Property Features, but cannot remove any which are already applied to properties. He has no way to find those properties to remove those unwanted features except by checking them all individually.

    2. The client wants to prospect his Owned properties (which may not actually be listed) for certain criteria as he has a very keen buyer looking for something specific.

  20. It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
    For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.

    Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.
