I would like to be able to add the time due on task templates. With no time in the task, if doesn't come through on the email notification on the agent.

Auto Responder Custom Template - Editable Subject Line
While we can now create a new custom template for Auto Responder emails, the subject line is hardcoded.
It would be nice if we could edit this Subject line the same way we can with Blast to make it more personable.

Remove Consultant as mandatory field in TASK filters
As an administrator, I sometimes need to manage tasks for multiple agents in bulk or view all tasks assigned to specific contacts or dates, regardless of the consultant attached.
The consultant field is currently mandatory and cannot be blank, nor can you select more than one consultant at a time.
I would like the ability to deselect a consultant on the Task Filters, or select multiple consultants (eg, other pod team members) to enable more accurate filtering via other fields.

Feature Request: Linked Contacts / Couple Management
CURRENT PROBLEM
In real estate, it's common for couples to attend inspections and be managed together through the sales process. The current system doesn't handle this well, and agents are forced to choose between two bad options:
Option A — Single contact (e.g. "Jane and Bob Smith")
The contact record is messily formatted and doesn't reflect two real individuals. This creates problems downstream for personalised communication and accurate data.Option B — Two separate contacts (e.g. "Jane Smith" and "Bob Smith")
Each person appears as a distinct lead, which causes:

Alert me when My Contact purchases a property
Currently, we can alert an agent when one of their My Contact’s inspects a property listed by another agent/office within our network however there isn't an available alert to notify consultants when their My Contact is added as a purchaser for a sale. While triggers exist for “Purchaser Added,” they don’t extend to notifying the My Contact Consultant.
This capability would be incredibly helpful for our team, ensuring that consultants are kept informed whenever their My Contact completes a purchase, even if the transaction occurs through a different office. It would also support better follow-up and relationship management.

Automatic Website Status Updates from Listing Status Changes
It would be great if Box + Dice could automatically update a listing's website status when the listing is marked as Settled or Cancelled.
At the moment, our team needs to update both the listing status and website status separately, which creates an extra manual step and can sometimes result in outdated listings remaining on our website.
Having these statuses update automatically would save time and help ensure our website always displays current listings.

Vendor & Buyer Portal
We would love to have Vendor and Buyer Portals that allow clients to access relevant information throughout the sales process.
Potential features could include:
- Access to campaign updates and vendor reports
- Inspection and enquiry feedback
- Open for inspection attendance statistics
- Viewing scheduled appointments
- Document sharing and signing
- Property updates and communication history
- Buyer access to contracts, property documents and transaction updates
- Automated notifications when new information is available
- Integration with Realestate.com.au to display campaign performance metrics such as views, saves and enquiries, giving vendors a single place to monitor their property's performance

New Type
Now that there is a mandatory AML/CTF check Australiawide and in QLD a mandatory Form 2 Seller Disclousure for all sales, it would be ideal if there was a Type "mandatory fees" or similar so that our clients dont want to "remove" those costs from their marketing schedules

Default sort order of uploaded listing files
Since the update to B+D I have noticed the Approved Files in the Listing page is no longer in Date Added order. Is there any way I can default this back to dated added, so I don't have to keep clicking on the ⬆️Date Added heading?
I would like to be able to set a default to have files saved in 'Approved Files' be sorted in Date Order not by File Type.1 voteHi Supporters

Desktop - Filter by number of inspections
It would be great if you can filter buyers by number of inspections or how many times they have inspected like the mobile app version

Hide Buyer contact details from Lead Capture by default
At present, when a lead is captured from a portal, buyer details are automatically added to the note generated against that buyer. That note is visible by default, which means the information then flows through to vendor reports.
To prevent this, agents currently have to hide each Lead Capture buyer note individually.
A simple solution would be to either remove the contact details from the lead capture note altogether, or have the note generated as hidden by default.

Click contact in an auto alert to make a call
We have a few agents wanting to use Auto Alerts to remind them of anniversaries.
Wondering if it would be possible to add “Click to Call’ functionality on a client in an alert, so we can encourage them to call through the App when they get the alert and leave a note after?

Alert trigger based on "Campaign Start Date"
I would like to be able to configure alerts based on the campaign start date / when a listing goes online; for example:
notify a staff member when a listing goes online and include certain information such as the vendor details.
notify a staff member to call a vendor when their listing has been on the market for more than X days.

Receive seller and buyer leads from Facebook ads/Meta
I just wanted to check in to see if there have been any updates to feed through seller and buyer leads from Facebook ads/Meta?
Is it possible to forward leads by any of the below means?
- forward email with lead details to Box + Dice lead inbox
- Zapier integration so I can automatically push them through and trigger comms
- API to automatically feed in details, and apply tag/source. I can see that I can manually import leads, however I want to reply to them within 5 minutes of them submitting their details.2 votes -
Contact Screen - Select Page
It would be great to have the ability to Select Page on the Contacts screen, in addition to the Select All function.
This will make it easier to spilt a My Contact database across multiple agents when someone leaves the company.
For example: Being able to Select Page of 100 contacts, instead of selecting the bulk 4,000 contacts.Thanks!

Pre-fill matching criteria in agent app
We are really interested in getting the pre-filled matching criteria functionality that exists on to the desktop in to the agent app.
Currently an agent can add buying criteria when they are at an open, but they don't have the ability to pre-fill based on the listing the buyer is attending.
We are trying to encourage our agents to update criteria's for all buyers but one of the pain points is how much time it takes and adding this button could help us get them to actually do it.3 votesHi Supporters,
