absentee owner
Add "absentee owner" as a search filter in contacts. You should be able to locate clients who own property but do not reside in it. This would be helpful to contact out of area investors, or clean up data as clients may be marked as absentee owners but actually reside in the property.

Would be great to search for contacts that own properties, that don't necessarily live in them.
