  3. As a PA I sometimes help with OFIs, When I do the OFIs I would like the automated check in SMS to come from the main listing agents mobile number instead of mine.

  4. The current 'Website API' has an endpoint for creating sales enquiries, however we would like to be able to create rental enquiries.
    At the moment sales enquiries go into the buyers registry, but we also need for rental enquires to go into the tenant leads when using the 'Website API'

    I would like when enabling Settings - General - Office - Sync Discounts and Funders from Media Vendor.
    That multiple vendors, if they exist, are to be fed from Media Vendor to Box+Dice.

  9. Allow the automation of category tags based on activities to reduce manual handling and improve data quality.
    Examples include:

    • When a contact gets an appraisal allow me to automate the addition of "potential vendor" tag
    • When a contact lists a home allow me to automate the removal of "potential vendor" and change to "current vendor"
    • When a home is sold allow automation to change tag to "past vendor"

    So much admin and data quality issues could be resolved with automating tags. We have contact automations available already, adding the different triggers and recipients would be great.

  14. Currently, the bulk add/remove categories from the contact screen overrides the Contact Categories - Add/Remove categories for other consultants with staff sharing permission ACL and allows access to action both adding and removing.

    We would like to see the "Add" and "Remove" actions separated so we can allow agents to add but restrict the remove ability.

    We would also like to ensure the remove is governed by the sharing so an admin cannot remove categories in bulk from team members they do not have permission to do so for.

  20. In the Sold By Other modal, you can select an existing agent from the list or crate a new. This has resulted in a huge list of agents and agencies which isn't manageable.

    We need a way to tidy up this list (merging all duplicate agents) and control the creation of new agents/agencies being added to the list.
