Dashboard Post for 'Other Consultant'
A recent change has removed the ability to create a Dashboard Post for Other Consultant when using the Contacts - Note Added trigger.
Previously, this workflow allowed a dashboard post to be sent directly to the selected consultant's dashboard activity feed. The functionality has now been moved to the Notification Centre only, meaning there is no longer an option to display these updates on the dashboard.
We would like this previous functionality to be restored. Having these updates appear on the dashboard is valuable for visibility and ensures important notes are easily seen during the day without relying solely on the Notification Centre.
