Trademe and I believe Realestate can now display STUDIO listings. However, it appears that the feed from Palace to those sites does not. Please update the API feeds to allow properties with 0 bedrooms to show as STUDIO on those sites.

Arrowing through inspection photos instead of having to open each photo in a new tab
It would be great if when typing your inspection and looking back through the inspection photos you have taken if you could click on the photo and arrow through them instead of having to open each photo in a new tab to view it full size.

Coloured sections for inspection reports
It would be great if we can highlight the inspection reports to show different colours for different levels of repairs that need to be done. e.g red would be urgent work required, orange needs to be done but can be addressed later, and green would be that nothing needs to be done, or the past repairs have been actioned.

the owner doesn't want to receive invoice for EOM
Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

Tenant invoice credit document flow
Doing tenant invoices via document flow. When tenant has a credit available you are able to use the credit against the invoice.
Currently the invoice is still send out to tenant showing the full amount even if the credit has been used.
Can it be set up that when invoice is process in document flow and credit is used , the invoice sent to tenant shows the amount and the credit used and what the balance owing is after the credit has been used.3 votes -

Would be awesome if there was a space for us to pop in the date a heatpump was serviced so we can set up a reminder. There is no place for this currently.

Add an Action to be selected to Work Orders as Work Order Pending (so we can enter the details of a work order and save it, but not send it to the tradie as we haven't yet spoken with the owner).

Alert to advise no attachment when emailing advising of an attachment
When emailing would like an alert to advise that there is no attachment when the email says 'please see attached...'. This is particularly important for rent increase notices to tenants as on occasion an email has been sent without the required notice.

Give Managers Access to Only Property Information
We have someone who just does property inspections for us and we want them to be able to have access to just the PROPERTY and TENANCY tabs not the OWNER tab. If these could be separated in Authority/Permissions that would be great.

Add date of rent increase on owner statement
Hopefully will elimintae all the queries when new rent amount will commence, usually iwners ask when they receive a statement although the were advised previously

Add a button to send statement, when making single owner payment (LHS of Palace). We can send statements when doing bulk owner payments, but only remittance with single owner payment. Why?

When using System Keys (Admin), it would be great if the key numbers displayed in a column next to the property address (where number of keys, keys checked out and key instructions show). Having to click on the address then look at the key number and edit etc from the table at the top of the screen adds a lot of time when having to redo a lot of key numbers.

Invoice Email with txt reminder
When an invoice email is sent to tenants via Palace, a corresponding reminder text message is also dispatched to their phones, prompting them to check their email. As there are ongoing complaints from tenants indicating that they are not receiving the initial invoice email.

Portfolio transfer and archive the resgined PM
When transferring the entire portfolio from the resigned property manager, please ensure that the archived properties under the resigned property manager are also transferred. This will streamline further actions for archiving the resigned property manager as a user.

part payment
Part payments to Suppliers - would be good to be able to make a part payment for an invoice of any rent that is sitting against the property to the supplier. and then can pay the balance at a later date.
This can be useful when short a, ie today me $65 for just over a $1k invoice, and want to keep goodwill with your suppliers on paying the bulk without having to annoy owners for extra funds or wait another week for rent payment.3 votes -

Would be great if the date was visible when selecting invoices to assign. At present, I have to open the invoice report in a separate screen to ensure I match the correct funds in to the correct invoice - thanks

All Clear notificaton
It would be great if there was some way to add a little All Clear icon to the properties that are under their smoke alarm service, so this shows in the inspection app. This way if there is an issue with a smoke alarm at a property we can see that it is maintained by All Clear and can notify them.
