Two factor approval or verification for Bond Refunds lodged through Palace before being submitted to MBIE
To ensure accountability and accuracy with the bond refund financial transaction, it would be beneficial to have the option to have any Bond Refunds actioned through Palace, verified or approved by a second party before lodging with MBIE.
