Portal - Change of Owner details
To help with the overwhelming amount of e-mails it would be great for owners to be able to log onto the portal to change their owners details. We would need to be able to review and approve this, and then the details should be automatically updated in the software. This would limit so many emails and save us so much time continually having to update owners details.

add column for AFSS due date
Under Compliance register there are no tabs for the actual AFSS due date, only 3 tabs referring to the inspection date. My suggestion is to swap "last inspection date" with "AFSS due date"

Last levy notice printed/emailed date
Improve the way in which the reminders disclose last levy notice printed/emailed when that method of delivery is set all to email or when no budget is set for a fund in the levy cycle. ie. Last notices email/printed does not update on Corp screen when there is a nil balance for the budget in Admin/Capital Works. This will still create reminders for delivery method for levy on the Lot.

Meeting Wizard - Adjourned meetings
Ability to allow for the configuration of a meeting type under AGM for adjourned meetings. Currently no functionality to flag this type of meeting. Also when minutes or notes have to be written up and distributed, as the meeting type is called AGM, this populates on the final template and cannot be overwritten within the wizard

Emailed Levy Notices - subject line
Currently the subject line which populates when a levy notice is emailed out is "Levy Notice - Strata Plan xxxx". Would also like the building name added to the subject line of levy notices that are emailed. Some owners don't know their strata plan number and will often think the email is spam, even though it has been sent from a user at the agency.

Aged Arrears List Report
I would like a report the same layout as the Aged Arrears List report, that provides a 1 line aged arrears list for each owners corporation, to get a snapshot of where the arrears are at across the portfolio without having to generate separate reports

Meeting Types - Strata Committee Meetings
Strata Committee Meeting – these are being saved as Executive Committee Meetings. I have been advised to save them as “committee meetings” instead however all my templates are set up for SCM. We need both as we do both Community and Strata.

Creditor details change alert
It would be great to have an email alert when a creditor bank account details are changed - due to the increased awareness of fraud, I want to be able to set up an email alert every time a creditor bank account details have been edited.

Maintenance Partners
Our rentals team talk a lot about inspection and maintenance manager, I don’t understand why there cannot be something like this for STRATA Master, it really woud save us so much time. Maintenance requests and actions take up so much time in a strata managers day.

Owner Portal for Creditors
I would love a portal login for our contractors so they can track their invoice and status. This would cut down so many phone calls and emails and/or the contractor being able to upload their invoice to the contractor portal, keying in all the data so it is already populated in our system when it comes to the pay run.

Insurance Quotes
There is a lot of work that goes into obtaining insurance quotes and arranging renewals for each building. There is nowhere in STRATA Master to track the journey and record all the information.

Sending levies - post and email simultaneously
There should be an option in Strata Master where users are able to send levies via post as well as email for a lot simultaneously.
There are many instances where owners have asked to be sent levies via post and email.

Display how many jobs are currently assigned to a contractor
It would be great to see how many work orders are currently assigned to a specific contractor so that you can be mindful of not overloading one particular contractor with work orders.
