Our rentals team talk a lot about inspection and maintenance manager, I don’t understand why there cannot be something like this for STRATA Master, it really woud save us so much time. Maintenance requests and actions take up so much time in a strata managers day.

The Chair of several buildings has asked if STRATA Master can have a system whereby the building manager can input info? Many strata management companies have systems (like mybos) which they provide to the building management companies to manage buildings and I feel this would be a positive step.
So be able to integrate a facilities management program with our Rockend products: Stratamaster and Filesmart, or at least have one operative.
