Insurance Quotes
There is a lot of work that goes into obtaining insurance quotes and arranging renewals for each building. There is nowhere in STRATA Master to track the journey and record all the information.

There is no easy way to manage insurance in STRATA Master, you cannot track where the quotes are up to. There is also nowhere to record key information you have to provide to the insurance company e.g. what the roof is made off. Except for in the notes section on the building card, which is too small already.
