Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

Requesting that we have a save button for emailing a reply half way through as it doesn't save your reply. When writing an email to the tenant/owner you need a button, so if you walk away from the desk or are called out onsite in an emergency. It will still be in the system so you don't have to re-write the whole email again, as it's such a time waster not productive at all.
