An error occurred while saving the comment I definitely agree - the tenancy ID should always be listed as the reference. When tenants pay using the invoice number, you can't search this when receipting - so what's the point?

As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

This would be a massive improvement! Same with tenancy name instead of the tenant's contact names. Currently if you have 3 tenants, only the primary tenant prefills. Presently, there really is no point in the prefilling as it's not customisable or correct. We override each section manually every single time.
