When initiating an evacuation through the OnLocation OnEvac app, notification recipients can currently include employees, contractors and visitors regardless of whether they are physically on site at the time of the event. This can result in evacuation messages being sent to personnel who are working remotely, travelling, or located at another site.

Proposed Enhancement
Introduce an additional recipient selection option when sending evacuation notifications:

All - Sends notifications to all personnel associated with the site, including those who are not currently signed in.

All Personnel On Site - Sends notifications only to personnel who are actively signed into the site at the time the evacuation is initiated, including:

Employees
Contractors
Visitors

Improves the accuracy of evacuation communications.
Reduces confusion for personnel who are not present on site.
Ensures emergency notifications are targeted to those who may be at risk.
