Hi Olivia,
Thanks for your feedback, I take it you are currently using the 'Time - triggered at a specific time' trigger?
That does not currently support zone based trigger rules, and we will consider implementing this.
In the mean-time as a workaround you could use the Visitor/Employee/Contractor overdue trigger set to fire at a time elapsed after sign in e.g 12 hours. The overdue trigger does currently support specifying a zone in the trigger rules.
Thanks
Karl

Hi Karl, a couple of changes we'd need - the ability for a user to define the time within a zone, not just the entire site, particularly when switching zones. That way, if we have a trigger that a user is moving into a high-risk area (often do not have communications available) we can send this to a team so that after that time has elapsed they get an alert to advise that they should check on that person.

Thanks

Further to this, it would be great if in the People Presence report we could have more comprehensive filtering to enable us to filter by different means such as i.e. 'all personnel on site'.

Hello Reinel, MFA is coming and on the roadmap. We anticipate this being available either Q4 2024 or early 2025.

Thank you Jamie, at the moment OnEvac event notifications and SMS Self-Verify requests to those onsite are sent as SMS; which uses Plain Text so adding colour is out of our control. The same limitations exist for the 'Subject Line' in an email. What we are looking at is introducing a OnEvac notification as a Push Notification in OnMobile (the free mobile app for Employees and contractors). However; the employee can still override any notification (including a Push Notification); regardless of urgency or intent, by setting their notifications in their mobile device to 'Not Disturb' - we will continue to monitor iOS and Android functionality releases to see if we can accommodate your request at some time in the future.

Thanks for your suggestion,
The reason we notify all employees of an evacuation rather than just those marked 'on-site' is because often there is not perfect compliance - an employee may have forgotten to sign-in, or have signed-out but but not yet left the premises. However we agree that counting off site employees towards the total safe/not safe percentage can cause confusion. We will investigate further and open this up for votes.
Thanks
Karl

This would be a high priority for our organisation as well.
