Support mapping and rule-based assignment of Location Zones through SyncPortal.
Actual Result
SyncPortal currently does not provide Zone as an available field for mappings or rules.
Users can map and update supported user attributes, but cannot automatically populate or update a user's Zone through SyncPortal.
Users are wanting to assign users to evacuation zones must manually manage Zone assignments within OnLocation or use alternative methods outside SyncPortal.
Expected Result
Allow Zone to be available as a supported field within SyncPortal mappings and automation rules.
Administrators should be able to:
Map source data directly to a user's Zone.
Create rules such as:
If Department = XYZ, assign Zone = XYZ
If Location = ABC, assign Zone = Zone 1
Automatically maintain user Zone assignments during scheduled SyncPortal synchronizations.

Currently, the lack of Zone support in SyncPortal requires manual maintenance of Zone assignments, which:
Increases administration overhead.
Creates a risk of inaccurate or outdated evacuation zone assignments.
Reduces the value of automated employee synchronization.
Makes it difficult to scale management of Zones across larger workforces.
Supporting Zone mapping and rule-based assignment in SyncPortal would improve automation, reduce manual effort, and help ensure personnel are assigned to the correct evacuation zones for emergency response purposes.
