Additional customer feedback:
The customer advises that their team primarily relies on the contractor profile page and maintains separate contractor/provider databases to proactively manage renewals and compliance requirements.
A key concern is that when inductions, permitted dates, or other access requirements expire, the contractor profile continues to display as "Active" while access is denied. From an operational perspective, the customer would like an "Expired" indicator to appear against the contractor's profile, similar to how statuses such as On-Hold, Banned, or Inactive are displayed.
The customer also noted that site-specific temporary access dates can sometimes impact access across multiple approved sites, creating confusion and additional administrative effort when determining whether a contractor has genuinely expired or is being restricted by another access requirement.

Also to add, if possible, for other Logs as well, similar to Contractors Organization, Members. Thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion,
The reason we notify all employees of an evacuation rather than just those marked 'on-site' is because often there is not perfect compliance - an employee may have forgotten to sign-in, or have signed-out but but not yet left the premises. However we agree that counting off site employees towards the total safe/not safe percentage can cause confusion. We will investigate further and open this up for votes.
Thanks
Karl

Also to add if a selective notification feature within OnEvac — something like the “Send SMS to onsite only” or “Include all users” toggle, similar to how SMS Verification lets admins decide who receives messages. Hoping for flexibility:
Site emergencies → onsite only
Wider emergencies (storm, earthquake) → everyone in the organization. (Reference to: 06853633)

Additional for consideration with another customer:
A fully customizable badge template option would provide greater flexibility for organizations that require different badge layouts, field positioning, and sizing beyond the current predefined templates. Thanks team.
