Support OnLocation Mobile Push Notifications for OnEvac Event Alerts
Description:
Currently, when an OnEvac event is started from the OnLocation Mobile app, emergency responders receive an SMS or email notification containing a link that opens the browser-based OnEvac interface.
While this ensures all responders can access the event regardless of whether they have the OnLocation Mobile app installed, organisations that actively use the mobile app would like a more seamless experience.
Customers have requested the ability for emergency responders who use the OnLocation Mobile app to receive a push notification (similar to the existing automatic sign-in notifications) that opens the event directly within the mobile app, while still retaining the existing SMS/email notification as a fallback.
This would allow organisations to:
Receive an instant push notification directly in the OnLocation Mobile app.
Open and manage the active OnEvac event within the mobile app instead of the browser.
Continue using the existing SMS/email notification with the browser link for responders who do not use the mobile app.
Provide a more consistent and feature-rich experience for organisations that have adopted the OnLocation Mobile app for emergency response.

Those with the app the push notification provides the direct access to the app during an event. The event creation for emergency reducing the steps to get to the information required eases burden on those managing the situation. Fewest clicks possible.
The fall back via the text is still there if needed. As if the app is not installed then user can link.
Web app and Phone App it would be great if the two interfaces could match too then training and issues can be presented to users once.
