Create and Induction training for Visitor similar to Contractors.
This will allow visitors to complete any site required training before arriving on site. Also have retraining (expiration) date so that they can retake it annually.

Hello Bhavesh, currently you can create a custom visitor questionnaire workflow for a location and set 'pre-screening' type questons to be asked at a preset frequency (Every Visit, Once Only, Every 7, 14, 30... 720 days). We are about to release a new feature called Communities whereby you could create a community called 'VIP Visitors' or 'Special Visitors' and then early 2025 we hope to release the ability to create Inductions for Communities. I will leave this open for vites to ascertain wider community interest but we are confident we have a soluton pending.
